You may wish to create your template from the Extended Durov Class Scatter Plot.gpj Sample file included with Grapher. If you have questions about formatting data for a Durov plot, the Durov Data.xlsx Sample file included with Grapher may be a good reference.

Thanks for your comment! The axis titles seen in the video are the defaults for Piper plots. They can be adjusted by selecting the desired axis in the Object Manager and adjusting the Text field under the Axis tab of the Property Manager.
