This is literally the only 3rd time Pekora has invited someone to her house, she normally doesn't want anyone to see her room because she doesn't want to have people think about whether her room is clean or not and clean up for the sake of it. Whether it's actually clean or not, doesn't matter, she just doesn't want it to be even a consideration.
