I love how the meaning of the lyrics change depending on how you're viewing it is what you're experiencing in your life to think of the lyrics that way, I know this song may be about a relationship but for me it's like me and life fighting each other the seesaw is the happiness and sadness in my life I'm battling this thing called suicidal urges and depression and I'm waiting for someone to get off it first either me or the problems in my life and for the other thing to stop moving just like a seesaw

You can't forget the iconic Lucifer dance practice. I forgot about K-POP till I became a Stay after Manic came out. Now I'm a Stay, Moa, Atiny, Carrot, Army and Puddle. as they repeat going up and down it’s getting more and more exhausting for both because the relationship is beginning to fail - they’ve had so many fights, etc. that both of them want to end the rs but don’t know how to.

This song is so beautiful, the way he potrayed the relationship as a seesaw game. It was fun at first but then as they dragged the game for long, it became boring and pressured them. If someone gets off the other would fall and be left on their own. If they don't get off, they would have to continue their already bad relationship and risk getting hurt more. The only way to end it is when someone took the courage to get off first. But it's hard and they continued to watch each other wondering who would get off. It's so beautiful and it's one my favorite song. It reminds me of so many things.

After watching the recent documentary beyond the monument I feel as if this is a song about bts rather than a actual break up
Like Yoongi said in the documentary it was like in a relationship passing the burden/responsibility of saying the word "let's break up" or at that point I bts case "let's disband" from one to another as if on a seesaw becuase no one wants to be labeled as the bad guy the person who broke the team up
BTS really went through alot to be where they are now and I can proudly say that they deserve every bit of success fame and love the world has to offer to them

BTS Monuments Documentary on Disney+ Episode 2 near the end. Based on Suga’s own comments, there is no doubt (to me) that
See Saw was written during that time 2017-2018 when they were contemplating “getting off the see saw”/break up or re-sign their new contract.
BTS Beyond the Story pg 264 talks specifically about that time as well.
Bang PD told the guys to write about their own stories. I think See Saw and so many other songs have much deeper meanings than what one may initially think.
