- The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge were joined by the Mayor of London Sadiq Khan, television presenter Steve Backshall and double-Olympic rowing champion Helen Glover at an educational initiative inspired by the duke's Earthshot Prize. William and Kate, who wore a green outfit, met guests and pupils from the Heathland School in Hounslow and took part in a series of fun and thought-provoking activities as part of the Generation Earthshot event. I was struck by the difference between Kate accompanying William on official duties and Meghan with Harry, Kate never pushes herself forward or takes the lead in front of William she presents an air of partnership with William never a one man/woman show as Meghan does its embarrassing to see Harry relegated to a minor role when she is around. Kate and William are a unit both relying on each other for support the difference between these two brothers and their wives is monumental.

They both remind me of the Queen in how they ask questions and listen.
Anybody else notice how Catherine and William interact with children. They listen, they show interest and most importantly they genuinely care. When the day come and our Queen joins the Duke of Edinburgh, despite all the negativity caused by some members of the Royal Family, I know the Queen will rest easy, knowing the monachary is in safe hands and that includes with Charles. Camilla I was unsure of but she too has proved to be a wonderful addition to the family and the people of the UK and Commonwealth are very lucky 💕

What I like the most about William and Kate is their genuine care and interest in people they speak to. The interaction with these children was so nice to see. And they are a team - even if they are apart in different groups. They are also always dressed nicely for the occasion. I remember that Prince William has a high interest in sustainability as well as using no plastic in products. I do it myself in the household. It started with exchanging Tupperware against borosilicate glass and steel - though the latter was quite hard to come by.

I truly like how HRH Prince William is engaged with these children on their projects. He's given them real substantive advice and identified some of the obstacles they must overcome to create a viable product. Prince William really was soaking up everything these kids had to say on their projects.

I agree with everything that you said about why Catherine is thin. I would just like to add that most importantly, she eats a healthy and balanced diet which is part of the equation as why she is so thin. When you see her parents, you will see that they too are thin as well, so heredity also plays a role She has always been thin. As a child, she was bullied so much in boarding school because she was tall and thin that her parents took her out that school and enrolled her in a different school where she thrived and flourished.
