I know. It's shocking to me how oblivious all of Spencer's friends were to how depressed she looked.

There was an earlier scene where Aria tried to comfort Spencer through the bathroom stalls. A good friend doesn't pry when it's clear their friend doesn't want to talk. She's respecting her space.

I feel like whenever Spencer was in a bad mental place she made the most real revelations because Spencer is right. I feel like she mostly said this because she knew A was Toby at this point, but she does have a point.
I love this scene. -A is horrible. True. But Spencer is right, if they didn't lie and keep secrets -A would have nothing on them! And I'm kinda mad at the other girls right now I mean Spencer looks like the walking dead where's their concern for her. I mean this isn't like the other times she broke up with a guy. She is BROKEN! She doesn't even look like the same girl anymore, don't her friends see that. They should be more worried.
THANK YOU! Ugh. Everyone is ignoring how Aria came to check on Spencer. She and everyone REALIZES that Spencer is upset, but every time they reach out to her she snaps at them.

everyone is talking about how oblivious her friends are being but they all tried to comfort her numerous times and instead she snapped at them and lets not forget the whole reason aria came over there was to check on spencer and she snapped at her again ao before we all get mad at ariaá little comment can we take a min to realize spencer just fuqed up aria's relationship because she is going through somethings and she doesn't even feel bad,
She didn’t do it on purpose, A was messing with her
spencer is saying that they should stop telling lies and scamming so that A won’t have anything big to expose them for. she wasn’t defending A, just saying they should keep their names in the clear. i’ve thought that since i started watching.
I love this scene so much spencer is 100% right at the end of the day the whole a thing is just a chain reaction and the liars are the first link in that chain and the fact that fans feel and once of pity for these girls is disgusting

Everyone of them is going through hell.There is no award for the one who is hurting the most. Aria was trying to talk to Spencer, but Spencer just blew up in her face as if nothing else mattered anymore. As if she was the only one in pain. And I totally understand why spencer is hurting, but she shouldnt let it out on the girls. and you guys shouldnt blame the girls. You can't always expect everyone to come around and ask you.
No she blew up because she just ruined her bestfriend’s relationship. Her boyfriend is A so she feels betrayed right now. Let’s not act like Aria was a saint when she found out Ezra was using her for a book. So Spencer was right, they give A things to hold against them. And She did feel bad but right now is not the time, she’s hurt and in pain that her boyfriend that she loves was against her the whole time. Do you really think she cares about who is hurting the most? They all have there moments when there hurt and self centered so this was Spencer’s. She only let it out on the girls because they wouldn’t leave her alone.

i dont know why but up to the part when she finds out toby is A and is put into radley and is there for the few episodes, Spencer creeps me out, probably because shes not acting like her self, and the fact she seems unresponsive in radley and extremely pale which creeps me out more. And her and aria are my favorite characters, i was like "nooooooo" when she became part of the A team
It’s funny because you said there your favorite characters and they both helped A at some point

lolzatlol they tried confronting her but Spencer snapped at them. Aria came over to ask how she was doing. She was putting Spencer first, but when Spencer basically defended the person trying to hurt/kill them, Aria reacted how anyone would when someone does that. Let’s not forget that Aria’s whole love life had just been fucked up.

All are defending Spencer, but she had a bad behavior. Aria doesn't know what happened to her, it's not her fault that Spencer doesn't want to share the pain with the girls... It's absurd to Spencer try to defend -A. Aria is right, -A isn't the hero of truth, -A is a hater and a murder.

Toby being A is also really important information that they all should’ve known about. A has tried to kill them several times and has killed other people as well. It’s a sucky situation but Toby being A is need to know information.

How the heck was Aria mean? She was so nice to Spencer in this scene. I'm sorry, Spencer isn't? Spencer sold out all her friends to be with Toby. She's the one who took Ezra's son. She didn't care if her friends got hurt. All she cared about was herself. Aria didn't even know that Toby was on the A team in this scene. She didn't know Spencer had lost Toby. All she knew was when she wasn't even upset with Spencer, Spencer was being cold to her despite it being her fault that Ezra blew up on her.

Spencer's twin doesn't come in till season 7 but we learn she is found by Charlotte at season 5's beginning so no Alex would have no reason to want to hurt the girls yet. Also yes all the girls have been burned by love but seriously you don't shut out your friends

Pretty Little Liars Fan girl 10403 I've always noticed that! Nobody ever tries to reach out or comfort Spencer. They just wanna use her for themselves and throw her away. She is always the rock but no one sticks for her except aria sometimes.
how could've aria understood spencer if she didn't know why the hell she was acting the way she was? Of course spencer is going through hell. but she can't blow up on her friends without telling them what's wrong. everybody is hurting. and you say that all aria cares about is ezra. but why exactly is spencer acting this way? As far as i know it is because of toby and toby only. so how is aria the only one that just cares about her guy? All of them are in pain.

(Unpopular opinion: Honestly I really hate spencer. To be fair, she has a point here and it might be the smartest thing she’s ever said, but she’s always entitled and automatically privileged to know peoples business whether it has to do with A or not. She can act or be smart that’s fine. But that doesn’t give her the right to make people talk about what’s going on with them when she can’t even talk about her own. Sure they’re different reasons, but she’s a hypocrite.
They all are entitled and privileged. Lol. They get into each other's business and get away with it. If anything, the liars suffered the most, specially Spencer and Hanna. Lol

I’m talking about she constantly made chides that gotten them in situations or made it worse, she automatically accuses everyone like Toby, Jason, Garrett, Jenna, her own sister, Ezra, etc and I don’t ever remember apologizing for jumping the gun on them. Then proceeds to act like she’s smart enough to know everything which in her opinion, fine. You can be the smartest person. But the way she treated people, nosey over every damn thing, is a hypocrite when other girls do something but she does them too, and on top of it. She kidnapped a child to get to Toby. Doesnt matter if the kid was safe, it scared Aria like hell, she potentially influenced Malcom to go with strangers, she’s just the absolute worst.

Spencer kind of has a point but also not. A wants to see them suffer the fact that they cause trouble for themselves just makes it easier for A. If they stopped lying and hiding and whatnot A would still find a way to set them up or frame them or something.
