Can you show a video on how to stop the thread from coming out of the needle

the maschine doesnt catch the upper thread, so it doesnt sew at all. how do i fix?

My sewing machine needle keeps coming undone every time I go to sew the thread comes out the needle. I rethread it then it happens again.

Before sewing with this sewing machine, pull out the thread at least 15 cm from the needle. Then stab it into a needle cloth and start sewing.
