I would rather see more tool showing and explanation than the names at the end of the video.

All Festool rails should have holes for the LR32.

Sure wish they made that kit with the holes for the LR32 system.

Once you cut the splinter guard with a specific saw is that now a track that you can NOT use any other saw? If you have a TS 55 and a TS 75 do you need to keep the rails for each separate so you don't mess up the match that the rail and splinter guard has once it's cut with each individual saw? It would appear that you need to have all separate rails for each of your saws if you have more than one model track saw.

    Hello,
Thanks to you and your team for the Festool Fridays videos.
For me as a hobbist in the cabinetmaking business (just for my own) this kind of introduction to the huge Festool product range is very helpful.
    Yes, I confess, I am a Festool-Addict ;-)
There are new Systainer available - please introduce them soon.
    A technical issue:
The video stopped at 21:40 and resumes at approx. 22:50. What was the reason?
By the way, the picture of you videos are not sharp, even with 1080p HD. Has the camera an issue or is the lense not clean?
It would be nice if you could invetigate and improve it.
Appart from this, I like the setup and contents.
    Have a nive weekend.
    Regards from Switzerland -- Andreas

I have just replaced my TS55 for the 60. Do I need to replace all the splinter guards. I have several guide rails including the 3000 and 5000 rails 🙈

What do you use the 5000 rail for? I thought the 3000 was the longest they make. Maybe you extend your 3000 to 5000

I use the new guiderail set for my new TSV 60.
By storing them in the bag, they won't be confused with the rails for my TS 55

I heard there is a plate for the ts55 in Europe that fits into the router table, is this true?

Did you cut the splinter guard the full length of the rail?

    • @coolbugfacts1234
      @coolbugfacts1234 7 месяцев назад

you have to connect two rails together to cut the full length of the splinter guard, otherwise only one cam will engage on the rail and the saw can move side to side
