There's a show called "I can see your voice" (I watch the Korean one) where you have to guess if contestants are skilled singers or tone-deaf based on their lipsyncing and some crazy facts (or lies) about them. Very entertaining and sometimes very shocking when it comes to the results lol it can be very tricky I think it would be fun if you reacted to some of it :)
Man I'm actually sad that there's only English-speaking countries featured in these videos (exept for the one from Sweden). The Masked Singer in my country (Belgium) just ended and the final three were amazing. I recommend everyone to look it up.

You should react to the original Masked Singer (Korea). Even if you don’t know the singers, they have really good performances. And is all about the voice while in other editions is all about the show and entertaining.
Completely agree! I've watched the Korean version for years and really enjoy the focus on the singing. I was so disappointed by the American (and later other countries) adaptation because it was all about making a big production/spectacle and you can hardly hear the singing half the time.

And I’m pretty sure the huge costume makes more difficult to sing, but they don’t care because they just want to make fun with the more extravagant costumes!

Morten Harket is the only one who actually sang a version of "Take on me" in one of the other rounds. He sounds great in every other song, but not in the Coldplay cover.
The only country that nailed this format in a way that it is legit a show that you'd watch every week is South Korea. They have simpler clothes that does not cause a problem to the singers. The performances and the sound engineering are amazing. There is a live band in every performance. It is geniunely funny thanks to the jury members they choose. The people who come on the show always sing at least decently. The masked singers are ACTUAL celebrities ranging from Ryan Reynolds to BTS members to well respected veteran artists to actors on the biggest movies and shows in the country.
Yeah, and when i see some Korean people commented on my country the mask singer’s clips that my country(Thailand) did better in term of costumes and stage performances, I always confused. The glass is always greener on the other side in this case, I guess.
You should try out the original Korean version! You'll understand why when you do. There are several compilations of the Kings who won the show consecutively in the past. They're amazing! Please check it out :)

When they place low it doesnt necessarily mean they are a bad singer. Most of the time when the voice is so recognisable the judges immediately know who it is they just get voted out quickly to keep the show interesting including the ones who are hard to guess

Judging by this and considering half the popular kpop idols have been on there, I think the guessing success would be just as good if not better XD I just think a lot of the performances really stand out and are so good! Also I’m sure whoever puts the list together has a fair idea of which kpop artists you’ve heard before so would also be entertaining to see you trying to guess someone you’ve actually heard sing in the last couple years (rather than 10+ years xD)
