Seems like a cool guy, with a great collection (I posted a crappy video of my ALS 1815 recently if you want to check it out!). His quote about 'what everyone wants' is such a sign of the Nautilus and Steel Rolex market right now (and also the FPJ CB), where they're just withholding supply because they want it to be like a Birkin bag or something, and I feel like some people just want one because it's unobtainable. I've been collecting watches for nearly 20 years now, and the 5711 has been somewhat hard to get hold off for a few years, but nothing like how it's been recently. I think it's a great watch, but I do think it's become so hyped just because it's hard to get, and it's like this feeding frenzy where people want one because it's what everyone else wants. As much as I like the 5711 ,it's absolutely fucking crazy that a grey market 5711 will cost you about the same as a Datograph at the moment.
Love your channel, watch lineup and overall style Brian. Also, shoutout to a fellow bike racer (nowhere near elite here, just a Cat 4 roadie but I have fun with it).
Hi Lewis, he definitely mentioned those when we filmed, but for editing's sake, they didn't make it in. Stay tuned though, because we may do a series from the cutting room floor!
Crown & Caliber I bought an Omega Globemaster with blue dial and gold bezel from your site. (It’s my 8th watch in my winder - but first from C&C) and I’m sooo happy with it. Also, might I add, I loved your packaging! The added watch roll is a great touch. I’m using it this weekend traveling.
How many watch collecting stories start off with "I reached a milestone and got a Rolex"? Probably most of them. But then Brian's story goes on to include two of the Grailest of Grail watches in the Nautilus and Datagraph. Great guy, awesome site, superb collection. Thanks for the video.
I believe he is. I knew I recognized him from somewhere when watching his RUclips channel, and I was shocked when he mentioned his name. I knew him from the Saxophone Standard and from the video where they went to professors house and played all of the weird saxes.
Is the Nautilus really a classic style? (Perhaps "modern" classic, but not classic in the sense of the type of clothes he wears) Can you really say that a Pepsi GMT is not flashy? Can you really say that a Rolex Datejust is not showy? I get that he isn't into the all gold/diamond covered watches - but to say that he isn't going to attract attention with these watches is not true.
This guy carries a bunch of debt to wear an extraneous luxury item (recent video)... don’t do that. Pay off debt before spending on luxury items... if you can’t pay cash for it, you shouldn’t buy it...
That A. Lange is epic. Really nice collection, and seems to be a really good dude
Many thanks, Tito. Appreciate your kind words.
This is a really solid, well-balanced collection. Nicely done.
Brian, this was awesome, thanks!
Don't thank me! Thank the fine folks at C&C! Cheers!
We are so glad you enjoyed it!
Inspiring and grounded. Great video. I like his views on style but also his passion for watches
You're very kind, Gary. Appreciate the nice words.
Love that Heuer Blue Dreamer!
Brian, HSS is the Obsessed Garage of Manliness. Keep it up.
Haha, yes! Cheers.
HSS is a great channel. The music in this video gives me a banana republic + sushi bar vibe.
As always, well said. Great video.
Many thanks, Victor. I'm really honored to have been featured here.

Love his collection. Definitely a watch guy. He has different watches that definitely resonate with his style and, he has a Lange watch.
Excellent video: we have a kindred spirit. 😎
Great episdode! Brian is a class act! Awesome collection too.
We agree - Brian is awesome! So glad you enjoyed it.
Amazing collection. Plenty of beautiful watches. Feels personal :)
What a great collection!
Jenny P. Thank you so much.
Superb collection. He spoke style indeed.
Many thanks! Appreciate the kind words.
The Datograph to me is The Piece🔥🔥🔥 Nautilus is great but nothing compared to the A Lange & Sohne. Well -balanced collection👌
Pure CLASS.
Many thanks, Stephen. You're very kind.

Hey, Joshua! Really appreciate the kind words. How long have you raced?

This is like a 'How to look like a watch person starter guide'
Inspiring ⚡️
Sure, but how does his website actually make any dough?
Scherzando Karasu I agree. The guy had like $300,000 worth of watches
I've been in the business for nearly seven years.
@@daveholloway8780 That's quite incorrect, said the guy with the valuable personal property insurance...
Hey Brian, Why did you leave out talking about some cool pieces like your Rolex Pepsi or you Cartier Drive?
Hi Lewis, he definitely mentioned those when we filmed, but for editing's sake, they didn't make it in. Stay tuned though, because we may do a series from the cutting room floor!
Crown & Caliber cool stuff Crown and Caliber. I just bought my first watch from your site. Thanks for helping me build my collection!
That's awesome! What did you go with? We hope you love it.

Zuker Gill you’re very kind, Zuker. Appreciate the support!!
Nice story
nice collection, very mainstream but very pretty.
Why do I feel like I've watched this video before but from a different angle
Hi Brian, you should follow the chanel called the bond experience. Warm regards ☺️
Will look it up! Thanks for the rec!
Are you Sergeant First Class Brian Sacawa?
I believe he is. I knew I recognized him from somewhere when watching his RUclips channel, and I was shocked when he mentioned his name. I knew him from the Saxophone Standard and from the video where they went to professors house and played all of the weird saxes.
And then you turn around a FLIP that 5711!

He has mostly dress 👗 watches. Only the GMT & flyback chronograph is what I loved from his collection.
First
Cheers.

First 3 min of him dressing need to go ...
We like showing watch collectors in their environment and this was a great way to show one of Brian's other passions.
