Marcel Jacob wrote about it "The title track came about because I was beginning to see things about ourselves, the way we live, where we are going... strangely enough there seems to be some some hope to be harvested from it, because I was recently thanked by someone who claimed there were lines from it that gave him strenght during a difficult pahse of his life".
