@@KerryTarnow U shaped one i would have the same layout except the wing with 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms I would have a spare bedroom, which I would convert to an office/gym because guests can stay at someone else's house or a hotel, a guest bathroom, and a laundry/pantry/linen/utility/storage room.
I love hosting about 12 friends at my house but when I'm ready to shut it down for the night I like it just being me there so hotel or another friends house but not mine.

@@KerryTarnow the bathroom being between the bedrooms is mostly for sound deadening so their child doesn't hear mommy and daddy "watching TV" late at night in their bedroom you know.......alone.
The multi-colored exterior is kind of artistic but I think you're right, it sort of depends on the location.

Love the layout: lots of potential with those abundant bedrooms and looks ideal for a family with caregiving for a family member in mind, and at this stage of our aging population that's not a bad idea if one intends to stay independent and out of those very expensive assisted living spaces...so affordability takes on a new dimension. Cheers.
These might be nice options for a guest or back house on an existing property.
AMAZING it can be added on wheels so you get around the PESKY ADU bans in most of the U.S.

Karry these are very nice, the only problem is that their website is in Spanish with no facility to translate into English, when they designed their website someone forgot to include that feature in their software program! So a potential buyer can’t quite get an understanding of
The materials used to build the framing and walls, foundation, windows and roof! If these units are framed in steel or aluminum that is great, but wood framing is not ideal for a prefabricated modular home structure, wood is too fragile when it comes to shipping in a flat package. Additionally what materials are used in the bathrooms and exterior walls and doors. Please have them updated their website with an English version or translation!

I saw a translation on the Google website but no pricing, they need to estimate delivery and installation cost ( with a footnote stating everything depends upon distance, POE, custom clearance and building permits, type of foundation and water, sewage, electrical connections cost )

The big one you showed at the end is really nice but I'm guessing it's as much as a site-built house of the same size, without the property.

In reply to your message, before I made my comments I accessed your website and the first thing I did was look for your translation button and got very frustrated trying to find it! So my comments were and are valid! Secondly I am a developer and I have contacted over 25 other manufacturers both foreign and domestic all of the foreign manufacturers have translated buttons built into their website, it’s common sense! But if you are not interested in clients buying multiple units from you, it’s fine with me no problem I have access to 47 manufacturers worldwide and they are already here in the USA. Best of luck

I like the XL. the mixed panel exterior is unique, but I assume you can get any of the colors as a monochrome or limited polychrome exterior as well... (I like these two, but leave out those)...nice to see a builder from our connected continents. I wonder how many there are on this side of the planet? Since you;re our housing Pokemaster , I am sure you'll catch em all eventually, and I'm here for it. Thanks, Kerry.

I'm in Connecticut and same. I've found a few but it's the counties and state laws that are insane. So you can get anything it just HAS to be on wheels 🙄 like we don't have a housing crisis in New England

I don't think including the deck square footage in the size of the home is a good idea. First, deck size is extremely variable. One could have a 1,200 square feet of which is a 1,000 sq. ft. is deck and only 200 us living space. Not a fair description. Second, including the deck size makes comparison with other companies difficult.

I live in western NC where we get a LOT of rain - like about 8""/month. I will be very curious to find out how a house with a flat roof does here in NC. I would not work where I am. Guessing it's going to be east? Anyway, I hope you do a follow-up when it's placed. Thanks!

For the most part, in the US, other than a site built house, your only option has been mobile homes. Unfortunately, they've pretty much looked the same for the past 50 years. They try to look like stick built ranch homes with traditional elements. That's fine for a small family, but it leaves out probably a third of potential buyers.

Dude, did you not learn the shapes of letters? The last house XL is actually has a “H” shape not a “U” shape based on the floor plan.
The particle board walls don't look good. I'd end up putting something over it. If the price is right, the sizes are good.

There are no bathrooms. These floor plans show showers only. A bath would take up too much space on these small footprint layouts.
I’d consider one of these homes, but please, give me the uniform, more traditional siding. I’m not Dolly Parton wearing her coat of many colors, yikes. Totally makes the home look like a salvage build.

Sorry Kerry but Vimob is a bust as far as being a marketable platform or product in the modular home industry, their website is a bust, with no features for translating their information to English! If they plan on selling in the United States of America, the first thing to do when building a website is to have a simple translation software built into your website! If they can’t do that it’s a bust! Better luck next time 😮😮😮
They aren't here yet so have no need to translate their page yet. But, if you want to be at the head of the line and need info before they are available here you could take a little initiative and click "translate" button when your browser offers to do so and it will translate for you. If taking that tiney tiny bit of effort to do something so simple and basic is above your ability then you are simply not ready for the complications and stress involved in building your own home, even a pre-built modular one. Even prefab housing will have huge inconveniences, annoyances and struggles to overcome, you should probably stick to real estate agents and buy a stick built home.
I'm just saving you from frustration and misery.

Well, I got all excited when you said something was coming to North Carolina. I live in the center of the state. The architecture here tends to be very traditional. We have a button and abundance of colonial homes. As another poster said we have a good deal of rain here and pitched roofs are the norm. I would be interested in your future video. If you are able to tell us more about the construction quality. It’s important and a hurricane zone. Great video cheers!

Broken record here... half bath/powder room close to the common areas. I love these homes but I find myself trying to figure out... if I bought one... how would I install a half bath up front somewhere?
