I just love that they are having fun while dancing the variations, you can see how much work these students put in their skills both mentally and physically (chloe as coppelia tho okay slayyyy)
By far, my favorite performance would be Diana & Actaeon. They have power, grace, and the force to pull in audience attention and actually hold it. Alicia and her partner really had that something in the way they dance that puts life and soul into their dance, they were not just focused on technique, the right angle, and when to smile, their dance had life to it. And I love how Alicia didn't focus too much on her forte, she literally enjoyed the dance and you can see it in the performance.
I love seeing their acting skills shine, as well as delivering such technical and demanding choreography!! And, they’re enjoying themselves, you can feel the positive atmosphere in the studio!!
This studio should seriously invest in a mock staging room. That way soloists have a chance to actually perform on an actual stage without the distraction of the gawkers in the background who could sit in the designated audience seating area. It would also allow the other students to see and learn all the the details involved in stage performance.😮
what exactly is going on is this like a showcase of the dancers so they can Network on social media. I was hypnotized by their grace, beauty and strength❤
💙💙💙💙💙💙Une pépinière de futures grandes danseuses et grands danseurs. Ils ont choisi l'un des plus beaux métiers au monde et je leur souhaite une longue carrière remplie de succès / They all have a lot of talent. They have chosen one of the most beautiful professions in the world and I wish them a long, successful career.
I think it could be a cool videos explaining for us non-dancers what a season looks like? And like why are other people dancing along in the background, does everyone do the same variations at some point? What are the different types of classes, like how do they learn variations for the first time? Things like that. I’d be very interested to know!
Usually everyone is taught a variation as a class all together, some people have chosen the same variation, which is what you call a solo in ballet, the dancers in the back are practice at the same time so they can go straight from one person to the next :)
Hi. Some feedback: I usually like seeing the other dancers in the background but for this video it would have been nice to allow each performer their moment to shine. The background activity was too distracting for me. Maybe next time you film a video like this you can clear the studio?
Agree! Unless they are understudies to performers, they should be in an adjacent room, not eagerly waiting for the remote millisecond chance at their getting their mugs in front of the camera. Perhaps this is just the accepted practice of this particular dance school, but I can tell you it would never fly in any of the studios I have studied in in my entire life which all have a much stricter protocol.
@@TheKodiakKub gosh, that was a bit harsh on the students. If you're used to a strict environment I can imagine how you might find it disrespectful. If you watch other videos from the channel though you'll see the atmosphere seems relaxed and friendly. And fun! I think that's a good thing in the ballet world. If you're a young student with the freedom in class to take a relaxed approach I don't think there's anything wrong with it. Just for the purposes of the video it didn't work for me.

This dance school looks by far the best fun. I love the way others join in or do their own thing in the background. If I get another life…
Alicia Lucchesi, you are incredible!!!! 💫💫💫

Wow amazing!
I swear Parker doesn’t believe in gravity and only lands because it’s part of the variation.

I agree, dancers in the background shouldn’t dance a lot or do extravagant or distracting dancing or movements
yeah but dancing in the background prepared themselves to be warm for their moment to do their variation

What variation is Melanie dancing?
變更好!
I would rather the others kept quiet while the dancer is performing the solo.

C'est difficile tout ça. Des athlètes.
que incomodo ver un pas de deux con todos los demas atras, confunde demasiado y molesta a la vista
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
The arms...please soften 😢
They are all so stiff. Upper body is so stiff! The girls don’t use their upper bodies at all.
Toujours un aussi mauvais travail de bas de jambes
it’s class - still rehearsal and studio work. Relax already.
