@@Handy_SpaceI am asking because i did everything your way and i have to put support under machined angle.Machined angle gets weak and when i cut 2x4 wood i don't get 90 degree.

this is not the best way to make a crosscut jig. many unnecessary steps and impractical methods are shown here.

There are better solutions: take fabricated Al L rails, do not cut rail holders - prevents fine adjustment, it can cut longer? ...
