I also have a question: with my 2nd degree attunement 20 yrs ago, only recently returned to it and in quite a few challenges, I find sometimes needing just a quick boost and notice that 1xCKR seems to do the trick. Am I in the realm of placebo here? Another question: Have been reading the book by PQ as a way of refreshing and tried the self-healing with HSZN - set it eg for 'when you sleep' - this seemed to have helped greatly with a challenge. Can I use ot for 'during the day' like that as well? (I have focused the intention on my aura as protection)? Many thanks.
@Barbara S, I would suggest going with your intuition and divine guidance. If something is working, it doesn't mean its a placebo. Also experiment. What works for one person doesn't work for all, but if you are using HSZN and it helps, why not try it. Blessings, Lourdes
