Bill McDermott is evidentially an incredible leader! With a record for delivering growth with Profit over the last 20-30 years. His machine like energy will be contagious and a power for the good of ServiceNow. Happy times ahead for this software company and its customers!

Nah - he worked in Germany and has a house in Heidelberg in the forest near the SAP office called the "OdenWald". or Odins forest. (Seriously) He wasn't brave enough to go the eye patch and pull off the full Norse god look - would give it away.

Not quite he’s actually a great guy, the only reason he wears sunglasses now is he lost an eye in an accident several years ago.

Hes actually good at what he does - but I understand what your saying. Hes from a sales background and hes smooth - but a little bit too smooth. It definitely comes off as fake at times. Word when he left SAP was he was going into politics - think that is his natural arena. Maybe waiting till next election cycle.
