Imagine living in a place where they teach the schoolchildren about Mile Miglia. The cars are like eye candy and the scenery is exceptional. Excellent video!
Did not see this coming! The amount of beautiful shots alone is mind bending, plus the right music choices, it's just awesome!
Middleburg VA to Washington DC.. what a gorgeous time of year in a beautiful region.
Great video James. I was in hospital a couple of months ago, and binged every video on the Mille Miglia I could find.
James thank you for this type of video content. It is very entertaining and you are a great guy. It’s interesting, I’m a regular viewer of DDE but also of James. The differences are vast and I really love James the gentleman collector, businessman and racer.
Fascinating, and great to see how this actually works. Refreshingly different content again; nicely done, James and Yorkie.
Superb video Mr. JWW! You, Yorkie and the team are killing it! What a fabulous experience, and for the first time ever I now understand how this legendary race works. Genius!
James your videos as a total package of presentation and production are brilliant, as usual keep up the great work it is much appreciated.
Gorgeous production. Your team was definitely pushing the warmth and saturation on this one!
Fantastic cars, stunning environment, unique event and race. Love it, adore the content and beautiful scenes. Keep it coming!
really enjoyed this -- can't wait for 2nd upload
You guys have one of the best edits i have to say.
Great episode and insight into this awesome event! Thanks James and Yorkie! Excellent hosting you in Middleburg
That’s crazy! I use to live in Winchester, VA right down the road from Middleburg! I use to do driving coaching at Summit Point. Amazing video well done!
Beautiful content, thank you James...
Can't wait for the behind the scenes on this journey
James the man who knows how to keep the video's divers and catchy. Loved this video.❤
the production is another level, amazing!
Stunningly shot video, this! Looks incredible during Autumn as well. Hats off to the editors......and to you James, obviously!
THE WIFE CORRECTING HIM WITH HER HANDS @16:21 LOL Love it.
more of this please MrJWW. excellent!
Looks like a lot of fun and I like it much better than the typical car meet "do crazy illegal stuff on public roads" vibe. Now if it were just affordable...
Very strategic racing amazing you chaps did great 👍
The race looks fantastic. I'm glad you are getting to drive some of the roads of my neighborhood. Virginia has some fun roads that are very scenic.
It’s a safe and legal way to enjoy classic cars in a beautiful country. Pretty cool. It’s not a replacement for speed but something different
TSD rally are pretty chill.
Random fact: The first set of aftermarket rims I ever purchased was a Mille Miglia 18" HT3's.
Now i understand why you had to tale a break from uploads, it was so we could get some of the best productions JWW has produced
Very much enjoy your videos and the videography. As a die hard Alfista, I have to point out that the Graduate you drove was a 2.0 liter not 1600cc. The original 1966-67 Spider Veloce shown in the movie “The Graduate” was indeed a 1600cc, but not the new model. Keep up the great work.
James, I had a '74 Alfa Romeo Spyder and later a '76 Alfa Romeo Spyder.
Used to drive up and down Pacific Coast Highway for years in them.
What a very fascinating and interesting video. Thank you for bringing us this awesome content James
What an epic experience. Living your best life. Thank you for sharing it with us
MR JWW Great Video I'm glad you had a great time at the last Mille Miglia and I can't wait for the content from the next one that you're on
Love to see to see that those cars are actually getting driven 👌
Great video, looking forward to the next one! Virginia in autumn is beautiful
3:40 this guy is fueling up his car just as fast as it's leaking out. lol
😂
And I was thinking : that doesn't look right !
James, You have the best content in cardom right now. How'd you say it? Bonkers!!
Wow , how old is this event? That's some real team work making all those rules, And so strict! 11:00 Pretty cool Mr JWW , You do such Unique Things!! Great stuff..Plus me being Italian, It's really interesting!
James, what can I say? Other than that, you are living the lifestyle of every red-blooded male car enthusiast. Keep up the fantastic work. I am so looking forward to the next instalment of this wonderful event.
Love the unknown button. It would be so cool if there was some information on it floating on the net. Thankyou
The BMW 850i/CSi is such a gorgeous car. I hope to own one at some point of time n put an Alpina body kit n the trademark multi-spoke Alpina wheels or a set of BBS RSs on. Sleek bodywork, manual transmission n a NA V12. A true modern classic. 😍
You had me at Cinnamon roll and Coffee
Looks so nice! Waiting for the jwwuncut vid.
Extremely intrigued by this rally
Oh man I wish I would have known this existed I live in VA. It would have been great to photograph these cars and to meet the jww team
It's unfortunate the E-Type broke down, but I can honestly say that's why I've never been into classic cars. Too many issues and not enough features or creature comforts to outweigh the drawbacks. Sure, they look good, but that's about it.
i enjoyed that chopard in italy leaking fuel all over sheeeesh
J dub, thank you for sharing these exceptional events with us. As BEAUTIFUL as it is, considering the middle east event and this one Jaguar has a 100% failure rate 😂
Keep these fine vids coming 🏆
so this is basically precision time attack racing?
My state baby
This is awesome!
what is the name of the song at 10:00 mark?
James to the fellow who seemed a bit dismissive with whom he was sharing his epiphany moment and a question or two: "thanks"
Where was JWW for all those weeks ? Enjoying a petrol heads life
Why do we have an event like this, money money money
I am sure is fun for the very rich dentist but it sounds like a nightmare
Mr.JWW in the USA...
The cars are gorgeous but the " racing " is a bit silly . Looks great fun nevertheless
The sound fx behind sounds like my phone. Please don’t
What will you be driving on next year's Milie Miglia? I vote, you take us on a journey to purchase something.
Why does he have less subs than stradman?
Can I just skip the boring part, import the route into Google Maps and do it at my own pace? As quickly as possible within the limits of the law?
Or will I be banned and asked to leave if I do this?
I couldn't care less who has the best timing.
The faster, whoever finishes first, would be much more attractive to me, and I bet to A LOT of people.
Like many other motorsports that work like this, it makes people look elsewhere because this model may be cool for some, but I bet it's not for the majority who would love to participate in the race and don't participate because of the boring format.
I've done one of these before on a small scale. It's actually a lot of fun. And I say that as someone who has also done part of a Gumball 3000.
This requires a fun kind of skillset and strategy.
Not really a race, more of a timed event. Member of PCA don’t really see the attraction other than cars and coffee. I think people are just bored and looking for something to do. All good.
Does any one understand the explanation of the time rules? LOL never heard anything so confusing. The editor must have screwed up the explanations, right?
If I understand correctly, they give you a target time for each section and you are rewarded for how close you can get to it. Your goal is to hit the time exactly, not before and not after. The reason is to discourage speeding because getting there earlier would penalize you.
Now that was a simple explanation, every one can understand. Thank you. @@jcosta79
This type of racing sounds exceptionally boring
That's because it's just showing off
@@Matthew-ll9keI totally disagree. It’s the opposite of showing off, it’s not lambs doing burnouts like the gumball or similar. Not my cup of tea but the drivers are proper car enthusiasts driving enthusiast cars.
I haven't watched the video yet but we have road rallies in my area on open roads, you see the thing is they pick challenging roads. Where I live, most of our B roads are 60mph but you have to be a nutter to do 60 on them, most people can't achieve 60 mph on them. Then there are the sections you can only get up to 20mph or 30mph because they are tiny roads with stupidly tight corner, so when you get on a fast road you can really shift to make up the time difference, the stage time is calculated distance vs speed limit. I am guessing this works in the same way. Also if its boring to you then don't watch, don't comment but do just leave and close the door behind you 👍
Lol yeah but what an amazing view
@@Matthew-ll9keso bitter…
Is that a Joe Biden on a first picture???
He said the Lord's name in vain. SMH!
James… 🤷🏻 First Yesko Street video… man. I was routing for you. I still am…🥹. You’re place in London is still on the bucket list!
is nice to see how the landlords live. they dont have to work, they can do verona and virginia! .....
23:18 min - I love Lamborghini Countach.
This looks like one of the tracks from the old NFS games, with the turning leaves blowing on the road
