0:20 There's a coin in the tutorial bedroom. Which you can't get back to once you enter the real game. So if you miss it you're incapable of earning the reward.
I think you'll have to start a new game if you want all the coins. The good news is that once you've played through the game and you know exactly how to do everything, another full playthrough of the game goes very very quickly. 👍
There is a little black line on the trunk where you can glitch your head and one head inside it. You have to try to find the right Spot but it worked. Now I have all 13 coins but didn't get the trophy. Third restart causing to glitches...
I had the same issue. It's actually located above on a picture, and most of the time it gets knocked over somehow and you're able to pick it up on the ground. If it's still stuck in the picture above, you have to grab something to throw at it. I actually found another picture in the other room and just threw it up at the coin, and it dropped.
Even easier solution: you get access to the area with slingshot girl towards the end and can easily use her to shoot the coin down if it doesn't fall down on its own.

I had the same problem, but with the one on the stairs. The only way I got it to spawn is to continue through the game.
Hey the key in the garage doesn't always spawn there sometimes it spawns in the main bedroom behind the breakable planks

I think so, but I'm not 100% sure. 🤔 I can't think of a way to go back and get it other than starting a new game.
