It's almost been 10 years since I started playing WT as a f2p player and I haven't gotten a single top tier vehicle yet but at least I fully grinded out every ground vehicle on 5 nations up to 7.7
FOR REAL. US tanks tend to suffer around the 5.7 bracket, and are virtually unplayable when you get full BR uptiered. Plus, you face level 100 german mains that camp from across the map...
That moment you look a how many premiums you have..........then it hits you "oh right, bought them all on sale" you don't feel as bad,......... "as bad".

I started playing because of friends. I enjoyed the game so much that I pretty much made it my main game. Reached top tier and enjoy it a lot up there, but then those friends (who have played for multiple years before I ever knew about the game) always have to have me go back down to their level(play the game a little more dudes, then you can stop being jealous of my fancy modern stuff 😢)

Getting a top tier vehicle is the best and worst thing to happen. Best being you've finally got the thing you wanted the most. Worst being having to play with the stock tank.
I bought the t55am1 for Russia and thay got me to 11.7, best purchase I’ve made. Then I bought the leopard 2 123 and man it’s a beast of a tank. Already at 9.3 for Germany and I’m enjoying every second of it
As someone who has a lot of top tier vehicles, I gotta say the Shermans are way more fun than anything at the top. Everybody sleeps on mid tier USA, but it's really powerful.
Pershing and derivatives are really fun, and the OG M4 Sherman's (75mm, no Jumbo) are pretty fun at their BR (that way you're only seeing like Tiger 1's at worst). But I'd argue most of the 76mm stuff is pretty over-tiered. The really early ones like the M4A1(76) W aren't too bad, but things quickly go downhill once you're regularly seeing Panthers and Tiger II's in those things.

nah there is pain on the soviet tree just not visible to the naked eye. Mostly because of the br changes though. Some of the tanks and especially the planes just feel bad.

I jump between Multiple BRs and multile nations based on how im feeling. For instance Really loving the T26E5 at 6.7. Soid line up to help it out. I also just set out to spade all the Spitfires/Seafirees just for the hell of it. And that was fun.

Rank 1 for USA has got to be the hardest tier of any nation. Like you get tank with what feels like a solid shot 20mm that gets penned by a nerf gun, and you grind for another tank, and turns out it just has like 3 .50 cals and no gun

t44 is 6.7 with a bloody 85, same br as t26E5 and those things are NOT equal

For instance Really loving the T26E5 at 6.7. Soid line up to help it out. I also just set out to spade all the Spitfires/Seafirees just for the hell of it. And that was fun.

Rank 1 for USA has got to be the hardest tier of any nation. Like you get tank with what feels like a solid shot 20mm that gets penned by a nerf gun, and you grind for another tank, and turns out it just has like 3 .50 cals and no gun
