Few points which are misleading in the video: 1. Phase 2 is not ready to move. Its still under construction 2. The model flat and campus shown here is of phase 1. The layout and finish of the flats are totally different in phase 2.(where those 22+7 flats are available) 3. Many of the amenities mentioned are in phase 2b, which has not yet been launched. Would haved loved to see the real status of the flats in phase 2a and not the redundant 5 year old model flat in phase1.
Some demerits of this society as I stay nearby: 1. Its on direct flight path and hence too loud aeroplane noise everytime one flies by till around 2am in the night. 2. Too much waterlogging in Chinar Park crossing during rains 3. Heard that water treatment plant of 1st phase is not very efficient. 4. Many amenities including swimming pool and clubhouse will be available only in Phase II B which will get ready in 2025
Please do not believe in this video. I am an owner of flat in Phase 2 but still have not got possession. The builder keeps giving new dates but no handover. Sincere request to everyone to avoid buying if you have any plans

I dint like the Color of tilings, it looks very dusky n dull. I can’t see greenery just the name. No ways for sunrays entering the room. Overall I did not like the project.
