Just wanted to say massive thanks again to Harry for looking out for us and giving us a heap of great advice into the world of RUclips. We really appreciate the support 🙏 Can't wait to catch up again soon for a cook up!
Aussie arvos is definitely a channel I can relate to, I've done the cheap car and cheap mods thing when I was younger with an ln106 and it took me places and I had great times with it, now at 27 I've got my dream 100 series but still doing everything DIY just with slightly better stuff, but still quite budget limited. 10/10 channel, would definitely have a beer with them, and there's not a lot of youtubers I'd say that about.
What a great video. I’ve been watching Aussie Arvos for ages and no doubt, this is 2 of my favourite channels together. Love seeing RUclipsrs seeing the “big picture” and working together. Never understood the whole “every other channel is my enemy “ attitude. I don’t want to mention any names, but if I could go 4WD’ing and camping it would be 24 hours a day, 7 days a week…..😇
Guys, I really enjoyed these two videos- great for a bit of a change from the normal format. I agree with top of the line for critical gear and lower cost for non-critical. Works well for me.
Been following the Aussie Arvos boys from the get go. Legit did what Liam said with the waiting for the new vids and celebrating the fact they were still going. Only channels on my weekly are F2F and AAs due to the kids taking up most of my viewing time 😂
Great collab with the Aussie Arvos boys, love it! Can't see Patrick outdriving Liam again once 4.2 coil GQ rebuild is done, unless Liam is too woried about scratching his new paintwork. Also, let me know if you need a caretaker for the Delica when you're back out west. Will make sure the engine gets turned over weekly, and take it for regular fire-cooking adventures in the NSW Northern Rivers. 😉 Was close to buying one myself a while back but the boss (wife) couldn't be convinced. 😥
Great vid gents, really great vid. Can relate. I’ve done a 1HZ with bolt on turbo 80 series, with a homemade fridge slide and an alloy bar, moved to a reasonably kitted ranger with a homemade canopy that had a DIY 12 volt system and am now building my dream car. It’s all about getting out there and the stages in your life. Cracking vid. 👊🏼
Oh great, another awesome 4WD channel to subscribe to! The US is sorely lacking in these clever and humble offroaders who care about what they do and the integrity of how they go about it!
I was watching Aussie Arvos before I found Fire to Fork. I do appreciate how they use gear that anyone can afford, not just the high-end stuff that is out of reach of many people.
So awesome to see the two most down to earth channels together. Can relate so closely to the “Aussie Arvo’s” 4wd owning/building journey. Looking forward to your next collab with them 👍🏼👍🏼
Aussie arvo are is the best representation of getting out and getting it done. Love there channel, no bs just the highs and many... lows of owning a fourby
Love this video. Great to see the boys wanting to stay honest and not sell out like so many others do. I miss watching Pat outdrive the Patrol in his Pajero lol. As you guys mentioned the Delica is the same basic set up in running gear etc. I like watching the boys doing their more budget builds again unlike so many that just throw everything their sponsors give them in their rigs. You don't need to spend $10K+ on a damn 12v system just to run a fridge and a few lights.
Thanks Harry for putting my question to the lads from Aussie Arvos. I did some of the border track many years ago with the folks and camped up for a week at Red Bluff. Cheers guys.
The Aussie Arvo lads doing stuff with Ebay specials makes it accessible for everyone, and you say to yourself I could do that, example my mate put led strip lights around the back of his GQ and hooked up an Ebay sensor switch, just like Pat did, great ideas, cheap and that keeps people watching. If they just spent a large amount on a GO block or something their channel would lose some of the appeal that keeps us all watching. Keep up the budget mods... We all love them !!
For myself I got hooked on Aussie arvos when they did the mobile hot water tub ahaha , it was good to see these young fellas at home having fun trying to get the old dumpy running.
Liam (of Aussie Arvos), instead of having one huge canopy setup, have you considered two separate ones? That way, if you want to go short distance wheeling, you can just remove one of them and still retain a canopy (albeit as smaller and lighter one) to keep your gear protected, like the fridge etc?
Awesome episode, Aussie Arvo's is a great 'New' channel, great to see that they are in it for the right reasons, will be interesting to see their evolution. The best thing with the Delica is the ground clearance n it is lighter than a full time 4wd. Pete is so refreshing n great to see you giving other channels a shout out. Keep up the awesome work
Love the interview with these legends! One of my fave channels, together with Livin4x4 and a few others, because I and so many people can relate to them. As mentioned in the interview, It's all about the small channels! Met them at the Melb show and bought a sticker and some merch to support them! Absolute down to earth people as well.
I'm so happy this mix happened, but sad that it's done as a series. What an fantastic bunch of dudes just enjoying life. You're gonna have to do a Collab up to the tip for good measure.
"The most legit and down to earth" I agree 100%. All these guys are as real as it gets. Being more than double their age I still operate exactly like them. "Don't buy it, build it yourself"!
My favourite combination of people. Boys keep doing what you guys are doing. I been following you guys for ages and saw you at the Melbourne show. Would absolute love to come camping with you guys. 😊
Awesome, enjoyablehonest watch guys👌,cheers Harry,Patrick and Liam keep up the good work lads. Wasn't a subscriber of yours Harry am now,we just brought the Travel Oz braai and now use all the time when away bush and hunting, wicked bit of kit 👌
I like the real channels like you guys aussie arvos very few guys can afford the high end stuff which end up on some of the channels. Understanding it is their channel and the choice is there the way they want to go, so I respect that and choose to move on to another channel which are still keeping it real. This has happened with a few of the larger channels lately... They have become ads to the sponsors. Enjoying the cooking and building absolutely awesome. Thanks guys.
AUSSIE ARVOS…. love ur content and the fact that you’ve teamed up with a trooper like Harry… Your ground root’s approved is so down to earth it reminds me of when I started four wheeling back in the nineties, keep it up… An’ yes, you are teachin’ meatrick or two👍
Aussie Arvo’s, thanks for the introduction F2F, another great channel to follow. I am slightly confused though, had the Delica always been on the scene? Did you drive it across from WA?
Great collaboration Harry, I really enjoyed it. Aussie Arvo's are an awesome channel. BTW my Aussie Arvo's would be awesome if I had a decent cook book 🙂
Speaking of things you can't buy. Butane for Zippo lighters Harry sells. Can't find them anywhere in Sydney. Zippo themselves said I needed to go to a large factory supplier of gas and approach them.
@@firetofork I'll have a look. The ones you get from Anaconda that look like a fly spray can the nozzle is to big. It needs to be thin, like the thin white tube on a fly spray can.
Love these guys. Alot of RUclipsrs just throw expensive sponsored stuff at issues, us normal people who are using their own money cant afford. They are also not "Kings" mouth pieces. 1 of which just announced he was taking a break from RUclips. They must have terminated his contract so couldn't do it anymore.
G’day Harry, Sorry mate but all the years as a pastry cook… Adding salt to scrambled eggs or omelettes only makes them rubbery😬 But saying that I love ur content an’ have bought a few of ur books all of which have been gifted to fellow TOURERS👍
Aussie Arvos are so down to earth and don`t use gear that is out of each of other people most people buy the gear that you use. Just don`t get like some wankers that push gear and don`t tell us that you have an interest with that company or is that expensive we can`t afford the gear. I can relate to your site even the misses watch Aussie Arvos. I get sick to death of some channels getting all this free stuff and then push the gear and most times the stuff is very expensive and ordinary people cant afford the gear real wankers.
Another great f2f episode, love the q&a stuff 👍 But it may be just me getting old, why does every second word in a conversation have to have the word "like" included? I know like, seriously? Sorry bud, love your content and just venting 🍻
Content is king! Another dash cam monologue about the corrugations while towing an inappropriately engineered alloy box along the Gibb on your big old lap is just plain naff. The proliferation of camping and 4WDing youtubers attempting to cash in confounds me. So much of what is thrown at me by youtube is simply amateurish and ubiquitous. There's an authenticity to you and the young blokes from AA that keeps me interested.
I was curious Mr Harry as to what had happened with your venture into tv land.... A 3 minute timeslot reduces you to one pot heat and mix style of cooking. It would get old quick producing that content, with zero personality and banter. Aussie 4wd shows have a easy formula in regards to the balance that works. 1/3 to 1/4 of the runtime is the cooking segment look at everything roothys been associated with... And it works!! The all 4 adventure blokes are a bit short but get there. You made the right choice, your not known for preschool cookery.
Getting paid to show content that your viewers are looking for is not selling out. Its getting paid extra to provide better content that your viewers already want. Being honest is the only thing you need to do and your sponsor should be happy for that to happen.
where are we going 4wd wise ? New 4wd's are all push button, pre set programs etc. ? Even with a "do it yaself repair process " , where do you see even your own show in coming years ?
Just wanted to say massive thanks again to Harry for looking out for us and giving us a heap of great advice into the world of RUclips. We really appreciate the support 🙏
Can't wait to catch up again soon for a cook up!
It was my absolute pleasure fellas, I had so much fun and loved every second of the trip
@Aussie Arvos Liam “GQ Patrol Resuscitator” what a laugh

nice down to earth and honest thanks Harry Liam and Patrick
"But now, I find myself watching the smaller channels more than the big channels"
Loved this chat.
Keeping it real on youtube.
Thanks everyone.
Enjoyed the podcast style video more than I thought I would. Aussie Arvos seem like a undiscovered gem
These guys are awesome with great attitudes. Love watching what they do with their setups. Liam’s rebuild is going to be fantastic. Great interview🇳🇿
Love both channels and its EPIC to see you together.
Aussie Arvo's, such genuine bunch of blokes.
Thanks for all 3 shows, the combination of Aussie Arvos & you was just like mates having a good time. Keeping it real..

Great video Harry. Sitting back around the fire having beers and a chat. Good one
Guys, I really enjoyed these two videos- great for a bit of a change from the normal format. I agree with top of the line for critical gear and lower cost for non-critical. Works well for me.
I'm like 30secs in and already loving it

Cheers boys , it’s good to see diy stuff, not everyone can afford a tv show setup
Love Aussie Arvos, been watching them for ages. Thanks to them, I’m now watching you too! I love campfire cooking.

Loving the Aussie arvos chat. You can see your business / finance background coming through and helping the lads. Keep it up!
This is so great. So wholesome. Great yarn!
I love both channels. Very down to earth.

Thanks Harry and the bros from aussie arvos... was a fun listen to get me through the work day.
Daniel's channel is awesome, absolutely insane wheeling and cars.
This is an excellent format. Always love the Aussie Arvos team.
Salt of the earth.

‘Aussie Arvos’ love your cooking but also great to see these interludes of a chilled vlog/interview style

Hey Harry, Not sure if anyone has. mentioned that the "cable tray" you are referring to is called slotted duct.
Great chat gents 🤙🏼
Aussie Arvos is one of those channels that you can go back and watch their old videos and still find them entertaining
A great video with Aussie Arvos. Loving the down to earth interviews and videos in general. Love it all.

Aussie arvos by far the best 4x4 channel the lads are real blokes no bullshit 🤜🤜
What an ep you guys relate to the Local Aussie bloke down the road who just wants to get out there, keep up the good work
Great episode with the boys from "Aussie Arvos"
Great chat guys. Very authentic lads. Great content on both channels.
Definitely going to subscribe to Aussie Arvos!! Thanks for the introduction to their content Harry
Aussie Arvos are bloody relateable.

Aussie Arvo’s, thanks for the introduction F2F, another great channel to follow.

I bought it in QLD - there are a few eps on it
A good reminder to always keep it real 🤘
Great collaboration Harry, I really enjoyed it. Aussie Arvo's are an awesome channel. BTW my Aussie Arvo's would be awesome if I had a decent cook book 🙂
Nice one.
Absolute cracking honest clip, love your content both channels 👍
Aussie Arvos, I agree with Liam love watching the smaller RUclips channel
Great chat guys.👍
Love Aussie Arvos and love than you have met up with them. One of my favourites on RUclips…..other than you obviously lol 😂
I like DK too, the Patrol is a weapon that he drives.
Speaking of things you can't buy. Butane for Zippo lighters Harry sells. Can't find them anywhere in Sydney. Zippo themselves said I needed to go to a large factory supplier of gas and approach them.

Good very natural vid BTW with Aussie Arvos.
This is why I like these guys (both Harry and AA)...just more realistic.
Aussie Arvos is a great RUclips channel
Great video as usual. Could you tell me where I can buy that metal shield you have around the fire please?
On my website mate 👍
How good is that chair!
Im so over 24/7 and their generic catch phrases and manufactured BS. love both of your content and hope it stays grounded
Didn't know you were such a baby at 34 Harry! 😊
Lol says can create better content than the companies while looking at a blurry camera 😂
You haven’t interviewed me 😂
Aussie arvos great talk
Lol was Shaun.
I must be getting old, how many times did you guys say "like" during this video, or was it just the beer?
