Thank you Will! I love Brighton, I'm Italian but I've lived there for about 5 years. My brother still lives there so I go see him pretty often. Lets link up when I go visit again, we could work on something 📸📽!
Thank you so much man! About the slow shutter effect: is all done in camera. Just put your shutter at 1/4! You will have to close your aperture to about f22 if is a bright day or f16 at night, or you can use an Nd filter to darken the image.
Thank you so much man! about the text, I just do a basic text layer, then copy it and apply gaussian blur just on this text. I then create a compound clip with those two so I can move them around. Probably easier ways to do it but that's my process :D. The font is called "Junicode" 👊
Thank you so much Makyle, I'm glad you like my work. Not planning a tutorial any time soon but never say never :) I will keep on posting videos like this, that's for sure! Currently finishing the next one, all filmed in Napoli.
Awesome video!!! Does the power grade work on the free version davinci resolve? I saw some nodes in cineprint16 that has the effect that are not able on the free version davinci. Sorry for my poor English. Big love from Japan ❤️
Thank you very much for the feedback. You can definitely use cineprint16 with the free version of davinci, you will have to disable few nodes, the Denoiser one and the grain, dust ones :) Happy editing! ❤
Thanks Chris! That one is a pack from Muvifx! Lots of nice stuff in there. Your Edinburgh video is also nice! Gonna post a new one soon here so stay tuned! 😁

great stuff man! just wondering whats your workflow using both fcpx and davinci? I'm a FCPX user wanting to get into davinci but only for color grading once i finish the project
Thank you so much! I do a clean edit in FCPX, create an XML file for Resolve, grade the individual clips (copying the powergrade but twitching things if needed), then export the project as FCPX (you got this option when exporting from Davinci) From Final cut I'll then add some burns, marks and stuff to spice it up!
@@RobOliveri Hi roberto I'm a fan of your work! Can you explain what you mean by clean edit in FCPX? Like do you just compose and cut the order or the clips?
Hey Robert was everything shot in 4k24FPS? Im on the a7iii as well, and I mentally thought I was limited by not having slomo 4k but I see what you've created and I'm stunned. Can you also provide insight as to the shutter speeds used to create that low shutter speed effect. How often are you using auto focus vs manual focus? Thanks I really appreciate your content.

Depends on what profile you've shot. If is Slog that's what you have to put, if is not a log profile just put rec709 ;)

How are you setting the color space for cine 4 in cineprint?
Thanks man! 🖤 If I use Cine4 I will put Rec709 on both the Gamma and Input.
