People need to AVOID MEMPHIS at all cost. Once Memphis starts losing money & businesses start closing. And especially when people start moving out of Memphis. Their city government will get a handle on all that crime. I used to drive from Arkansas to Memphis to shop very regularly. Now I hate to go there for anything. It's just ridiculous how the thugs have taken over the city.
