      I can only go for about 3 days before wanting a beer.. not needing but wanting. Its more of a habit than an addiction. I can function regularly, but find it tough to cook out or play video games without a beer for some reason. I really wanna stop though cause even a little adds up. I dont wanna waste my money on that anymore.

      ​@kaneda956 hate to break it to you but having difficulties to NOT drink beer and the regularity of you drinking are warning signs for addiction. Also that you are comfortable and used to drinking alone is rather alarming.
      It is best to put a stop to it now. Do the things you associate with drinking consciously without drinking, switch to alcohol free (0.0%!) and/or join a local support group.
      These are just some ideas.

    Let’s break it down:-
    •Time: If you spread out the push-ups evenly over 24 hours, you’d need to do about 417 push-ups per hour, every hour. That’s roughly 7 push-ups per minute without rest for the entire day.
    •Fatigue: The cumulative fatigue would be enormous. Push-ups place a lot of strain on the chest, shoulders, arms, and core, and maintaining form would become increasingly difficult as fatigue sets in. Muscle fatigue, soreness, and risk of injury would likely become factors early on.
    •Recovery: Pushing through 10,000 push-ups in a day would also require excellent recovery capability. Without proper rest and nutrition, your muscles could fail or cramp up before reaching the goal.

      Nigga. Just keep doing them throughout the day. Break them down into reps that’s comfortable. Even 10 pushups for 10 sets is a 100 pushups. I can now get that done in less than 5 min. It’s 60min min an hour, divided by 5 that’s 12 x 10 sets that’s 120 sets, times x10 that’s 1200 pushups per hour. 10k pushups divided by 1200 per hour is 8.33 hours. That’s an entire work shift full time. Matter of fact after doing this math, I know what I need to add on to challenge myself more. Thank you for this dumb ass comment. Rets in between sets 30secs to 5min and drink some water I can do it my skill level. You

    If you got 10 hours a day to workout, the drive, and the genetics, this can be achievable. But most people have other stuff to get done, people to take care of, and suboptimal genetics and diet. But props to him for the hard work.

      100 push-ups can be done in 5 minutes or less. Same with squats. You definitely don't need 10 hours. Lol. I know you're probably exaggerating, but realistically, you can do 1000 reps (250 push-ups, 250 sit-ups, 250 pull-ups/chin-ups, 250 dips) in a couple of hours if you're giving yourself some decent rest in between sets.

      You don’t need to 10 hours a day to work out, you can spare an hour/ hour and a half four days a week. That’s all it really takes, you may or may not look like him, it depends on what your training consists of and what kind of genetics you have. But people usually have the hour a day to work out, the issue is they just don’t want to spend it working out lol. That’s disregarding extenuating circumstances of course.

      It’s actually possible. He never said what kind of push ups. It could be incline push up’s it could be push ups on your knees about 417 push ups a hour is easy based off of his physique I’m sure he could double that amount . I’ve done 1000 in a hour

    Cap 10,000 pushups a day. Anybody that’s done 100+ knows your arms will lock up with lactic acid. And your arms will have too many micro tears in your muscles to heal properly. Even if you’re doing 1000 an hour for 10 hours your body won’t allow you to do anymore because your arms are locked up and they’ll feel like an L square ruler.

      You cant even see his calves, nothing you can do about ankle size, and his calve inserts are probably higher up his lower leg closer to his knee
