That’s roughly 7 push-ups per minute without rest for the entire day. •Fatigue: The cumulative fatigue would be enormous. Muscle fatigue, soreness, and risk of injury would likely become factors early on. •Recovery: Pushing through 10,000 push-ups in a day would also require excellent recovery capability. Why? I don’t think it’s about body building and being huge, I think he’s into this for other reasons.
Point taken. High muscle insertions, tendon dominant genetics. He prolly could and still have small calves*
😂 for real
people so incompetent they think everyone needs big muscles everywhere, typical delusional bodybuilder POV. this needs to stop man

What a terrific, disciplined, mega fit, healthy and friendly, generous guy.

About what? i m 43 and i do 40 squat x 225lbs
Not really. He’s probably on something sure, but it likely allows him to do what he preaches. You dont get a physique like this, even on roids, doing nothing.

40 is not prime.
28 is .
Look at any sportsperson.
People talk shit but he's putting in that work. Gotta respect. How many people you see doing muscle ups now a days? Barely
I respect someone 100x more who goes to actual work supporting his family instead of living like this. Great that he is fit but this lifestlye has a reason why its only in western countries were you can leech of others to pay for your life.
Man I'm sooo impressed
You see people doing muscleups nowadays more than EVER since calisthenics is getting more popular
10k push-ups, each taking 1 single second would take you 2hrs and 46 minutes nonstop. I don't doubt he's done it in a day but he ain't doing that on any type of regular basis.
Yea 1k a day would be more sustainable
100 set of 100 push up is what he is doing
He meant 10000 reps, not push-ups, later in the short he says 250 push-ups. 1000 skips though
He also meant 1000, not 10000
I do it once a year on August 5th a day before my birthday. Goal is to do 10k of something every month

You cant even see his calves, nothing you can do about ankle size, and his calve inserts are probably higher up his lower leg closer to his knee
He’s not body builder champ
He's got long achilies tendon which is advantageous to plyometic ability. Look at most good jumpers and their calf muscles take up only the top third of their shin
