Shot 1000s of rounds of Romanian 7.62X39 back in the 90s. Most of it was soft point. Fantastic ammo. Would definitely buy more.

5.45 is pretty much obsolete. No one using it outside Russia & Ukraine.
I imagine Poland & Bulgaria would be more likely to make it than Romania.
