THE LONELY LIFE OF FATHER AND SON IN THE PLATEAU

In this documentary, we are in the city of Ağrı, at an altitude of 1630 meters, in the Eastern Anatolia Region.
Yılmaz DURSUN and his son Muhammet DURSUN, who live in Çamurlu Village of Ağrı, have been living on the plateau since May. Father and son live alone on this plateau, which they inherited from their grandfather.
The plateau season starts in May and continues until August. During this period, they spend most of the time on the plateau. They only go to the city for food needs.
Muhammet is interested in combat sports. His biggest dream is to become a national combat athlete in the future. Yılmaz's biggest dream is for his only son to study at university and work in a good place. They both realize that they need to work hard for this.
Yılmaz literally goes back to those days as he talks about the memories he has accumulated in every corner of this 50-year-old house and plateau inherited from his ancestors. So, will his son be able to keep alive the memories he brought so far?
