Danny for me is the leader and brains of APO. At first look kasi mataray siya at hindi lang kasi mabulaklak at malambing naturally si Danny pero you can see otherwise. Danny doesn’t need to impress pero amongst the 3, siya ang natural comedian. Again hindi lang halata. His death impacts and saddens me because his songs and that of APO were huge part of my youth. I was born in the early 70s. Paalam, Sir Danny. I though makaka sama ka pa rin namin ng matagal. Maraming salamat for sharing your music and talent. The music industry will never be the same, i know. Our deepest condolences to the family and loved ones he left behind. Thank you for sharing your dad to the Filipino🙏🏻🥲
Since I was a kid, it was Danny that stood out for me in the band. Pag sinabing APO, sya ang unang naiisip ko. I like all the songs he's written. "Pumapatak Ang Ulan" is my most favorite.🌧️🎶 I admired his humor and tender heart 🙏

Hindi ko manlang naabutan sila kasi when my papa from the Rainmakers used to also hang out with Jim and they are really close. But my dad said sir danny is a legendary composer in the opm scene since back then and gave music a meaning.

Naging pasahero pa namin noon si Sir Danny siguro nung 2019. Laking pagsisisi ko na sana nilapitan ko siya at kinausap at sana napasalamatan ko siya sa mga kantang naisulat niya, na sobrang sarap kantahin at i-jam. @@KuyaKikoPlays, ❤️😔🙏 I actually just realized na sobrang siya pala talaga halos nagdadala ng APO Hiking Society. The best songs that I loved from them were written by him and his voice and dynamics are really insane. Isa talaga siyang alamat. May he rest in peace.

I grew up with their music in the 90s.. Their songs are really timeless for me.. Ang daming memories everytime I hear their songs.. Sir Danny & Sir Buboy are my favorite talaga ever since.. Kahit sa pag acting napaka effective nila as tatay.. Sayang sana natuloy yung plano niyang collabs or maybe reunion concert ng Apo.. Thank you for your Music Sir Danny❤.. Condolences sa family..

@@bornfree1888 Yes, Danny wrote the song and offered it to Gary V to be recorded. I remember kahit monster hit yung kay Gary, radio stations also played Danny's own version which I loved very much. Thanks to your query, I had to search tonight on RUclips that version and I found it, under Bannykaraoke! Also it's only now that I learned and saw on RUclips that Apo recorded their own jazzy version of the song and included it in their album much much later.
