- Today on CNN 10, Arctic ice has been melting for decades. NASA says the amount that has disappeared since 1979 would fill the entire state of Alaska. Now a UK startup is pursuing technology to create new layers of ice. Then, water is finally receding in Texas after parts of the state experienced extreme flooding.
