@@slickerdrips Oh, I thought it must be hard to plan ahead if the resources are constantly changing due to the auto conversion when the wheel is turning. Mhmm... I guess I have to try it once to see how it feels like.
I wouldn’t say it will constantly trip you up, you often want those resources made from the basic ones, but it can definitely catch you out :) if you’re on boardgamearena you could give Glass Road a go which has almost the same system
Haha! You accidentally took 7 turns your last round. You kept moving the black pawn instead of adding new ones. Also, if you place the white pawn in the same village as another pawn(s) you don’t have to pay the resource(s).
I love Glass Road. This seems cool too, and totally understand those who don't like GRs card system. Thanks for the playthrough!
Thanks for this. For solo, would you reach for this or Fields of Arle more often?
Fields of Arle but they wouldn’t be my first choices of Uwe’s games 🙂
@@slickerdrips Thanks! May I ask ... what is your first choice for an Uwe solo game?
I think Agricola, A Feast for Odin, Nusfjord in that order
Not sure whether I would like the resource wheel. But thanks Tom!
Oh no that’s my favourite bit!

@@slickerdrips Ahh okay, yeah great idea, I could try Glass Road on BGA :) Thank you Tom for taking the time :)

I did feel like I shouldn’t have scored that much 😀
