Glad you liked it! Yes there are some good finds if you dont need to be in the most popular areas (not saying they are bad areas) just on the outskirts.

Thanks. I prefer somewhere way out from the city. Which builder have you heard is the best that offers two bedroom units? None of these planned communities where there is an HOA, or these communities that try to mimic vacation spots. From everything I see and hear I get the impression that this new construction caters more to people that want to buy a second or third home, as a vacation getaway.
Love this but starting in the low $300,000 range and jump right to over $350,000. I'm looking to go a little further south with friends in Lakewood Ranch. Beautiful homes in the Tamp area though.
I agree. I think the cali has a nice layout, then the lantana is a step up and if budget allows the camden is a bigger version with flexibility with the in law suite
@@jbless1978 yes they will have an hoa as 99% of new construction communities do. However it can fluctuate based on the amenities within the community.
There reviews are based on thousands of homes they build nationwide and i will tell you each city is different. I have sold a ton of dr horton and overall i get great feedback from them here in the tampa area
Great video and glad to see some prices in the low 300s.

The Lakewood Ranch in Sarasota area is much more expensive than Tampa FYI
@@TampaFloridaLiving Yes, my friends are there. I'm looking for Port Charlotte and surrounding. TY.
Before you buy a DR Horton home or a lennar home do your research and see the horrifying stories about their quality of work and the lawsuits
Only problem is DR Horton
They put out a decent product here. Its not luxury, but my clients over the years have seemed happy with it and thats all i can go by
Can you share what you know or heard? It's very difficult to learn about this just from these builders web pages. Thanks.
Thank you for this

Heard The market will dip a lot in the next 24months, probably more so in tampa now that these hurricanes hit
Nice homes 😊
Any new construction without HOA .. no to HOA
Most new construction will have at least minor hoa . Older communities within the city or not in a planned community setting could also have no hoa.
Only in ocala … but is for away
How much is the cali model????
Ive seen it as low as $340k and as high as $419k. Shoot me a message and i can get you a full list if needed. Info@themorejongroup.com
