7:38 The NYPD is extremely FUBAR. The officers can say they're investigating all they want, but the man is under no legal obligation to aid them in their investigation. The officers also didn't have a right to enter the premises (absent a warrant). The minute he said he'd like for them to leave, they needed to leave, period. Yes, he gave permission for them to enter, but permission can also be rescinded, and he did so. Up to that point, the guy had an excellent section 1983 lawsuit for a 4th amendment violation case. If they really had probable cause, they should have brought a warrant to enter said premises.
Jesus one handed blind shots with a dog pile, and the patty cake with the dude when clearly he was non compliant and they had PC for arrest. I get it was a hard situation, but they all need a couple weeks “off” in some remedial training. “He has my gun” and nobody else draws….. until shots go off then they shoot almost blindly with one limp hand….. just wow
Neither of those officers by the door were prepared in any way. They guy is literally resisting arrest and the cop holding the door was just being as nonchalant as possible. Neither one should be allowed to carry a gun. How did the one make Sgt?

Everybody saying she should be fired and she’s going to get sued. She needs to be in prison the same way a civilian would be.
Officer Hooks "Freeze dirt bag" 😂
Can you imagine an entire police department of women only?
Stop it! Don't give them any ideas! 😱
Well at least at that point it would be women hitting other women.
“Assault with a deadly weapon on… partner”
The devil made her do it. Lol
DEI hires are useless?
See....we say certain things and it gets backlash......but then theres footage like this that makes sense of the things that are said😅.....you can see the shots from the officers gun in his hand as the officer also has the suspects hand pointed towards the wall in the scuffle.....that other officer firing blindly into a scrum most likely shot her fellow officers
4:28 if you look close a corner bag of blow falls out of his pocket. Betcha that’s why he didn’t wanna go
The sad thing for a cop in this dangerous situation is also that you go into it thinking you are 4 vs 1, but find out quickly it is 2 vs 2.
Jesus one handed blind shots with a dog pile, and the patty cake with the dude when clearly he was non compliant and they had PC for arrest. I get it was a hard situation, but they all need a couple weeks “off” in some remedial training. “He has my gun” and nobody else draws….. until shots go off then they shoot almost blindly with one limp hand….. just wow
Women don’t need to be police officers 🫡 seen it way way to many times
Her name is the fail 😂
Neither of those officers by the door were prepared in any way. They guy is literally resisting arrest and the cop holding the door was just being as nonchalant as possible. Neither one should be allowed to carry a gun. How did the one make Sgt?
Oh and affirmative action is working well in NYC.
Them DEI hires ...... 🤦♂️
see how their story changed as soon as he complied and let them in. this is why you never open the door for police, and DEFINITELY never let them in.
everything that happened after they went hands on was his own fault though.
Let's be honest.. the NYPD just hasn't been the same since Bobby Simone passed away and Sipowicz retired. Two top notch LEOs!
