Richard (red hair) is the best dancer of the group. Zabdiel (blonde) is next as a former ballet dancer. Zab does much of their music arranging and plays multiple instruments. Joel (curly hair) is the shy/quiet one. Erick (crew cut) is the wacky prankster. Christopher (skull cap) is the wild one, a big flirt and usually the one to get the party started.

You are 100% correct about Richard (pink/red hair) being the best dancer. He's been dancing since he was a kid. Zabdiel (tall blonde) is the 2nd best dancer and he used to take ballet when he was younger. The other three never danced until they became a part of the band. They know they're not the best dancers and they never act like they are but they're definitely not terrible and they have come a long way considering they havent been dancing since they were kids like Richard and Zabdiel have.
