Hello Kenza, just wanted to say I appreciate your content. Not everybody share their knowledge. I know it is not always easy to put these content together as you guys are not professional building contractors. I found it engaging and friendly, like I was having a conversation with friends. Only thing I would advise is maybe use your computer where you can calculate your expenses in excel etc. to follow. Also your USVI accent sounds like Guyanese creolese.😊 keep up the good work.💪🏼

Wow 5,000 usd for 4 plots is way cheaper than what some people are charging the diaspora near cape coast. Some builders are quoting 10,000 to 15,000 usd for 4 plots which is an insane price for a wall.
Please look at complete finishes plastering, metal work and gates. Take all this into consideration.
@@kinzababe1 it just seems 10,000 to 15,000 usd is way over priced for a wall. All that money could go into the house. I wonder what the average local Ghanaian would pay for their wall especially with the average monthly wage in Ghana?
@@Meshasqueendom I agree but Americans continue to pay these prices Ghanians are going to continue to charge those prices. Ghanians would find a way they’re very resilient people. They meet not us the same quality blocks Or materials.

Sharing a wall with neighbor doesn’t mean you shouldn’t make it strong to avoid future collapse during torrential rain. I broke a shared wall because it was poorly constructed. To each their own.
If you listen carefully we didn’t put steer in the walls that we are sharing with the neighbors. We still builded the wall with quality materials. Thank you for watching.

I like your videos but this video I didn't enjoy it much. In as much as you guys are giving us such an inspiring and important information, your presentation was a bit difficult to follow ( little confusing). I think you can arrange who says what and when the other should come in to the conversation so that the interruption will be minimized.
