How to Make Wooden Headphones 🎧

Hey guys, I made these wooden headphones at home using veneer and glue and old beats pro speakers. Watch this video to see how to make DIY headphones out of wood. You are the reason I found veneer I bought the steelseries arctis pro + gamedac 280$ headphones with a dac the left speaker was defektive because the hinge on the left that keep the earcup in place was broken so I assumed it was the cable when I tried the salvaged speaker it still disnt worked but no problem the headphones the company gives arent the best anyway I found out some good ones recently 300$ headphones that match the spec of the dac and bought alot of the veneer I need I will cut the veneer to alot circles with hole in midle and stack them with glue to make the housing and some non holed circles to slam on to close the headphone my only question is do they become hard as natural wood if say I stack 10 pieces of 0.6mm will they be durable if I use dual glue like the white for wood and some drop of super glue that cure instantly with clamps ? Also do they are varnishable or in my case I want to paint them with clear lacquer to make them shine like glass and protect them it is possible ?
