    Simply is a nightmare the sdk C/C++ for windows. I could build the pico examples but to create a new project, never works. To many files, to many programs, considerations, etc. Why not raspberry pi simply create an sdk where to install and ready to write C code, build and flash ??!!! ...

    Excellent video; but is now obsolescent. Raspberry Pi foundation has now released a "one click complete download of Toolchain, VSCode, and pico sdk" . So let us now move onto how to modify and compile individual applications. RSVP

    After thinking about it, I must admit that the subject matter is extreamly attractive and very well presented. I personally feel that the format for some videos can be in some ways , dangerous. Not this video! I'm not saying that about this video. But, I think that people are possibility getting more from certain videos than they actually realize. I'm not aware of any management of background music. And it does seem very easy to accept the background music of this video on a different level of consonances. So, while I loved the information and its clear on point presentation, I do question the background music, it's source and sampling which I will use the Videos instructions on the Pico. to preform an analysis of the background music itself, and provide a detail of my findings. If the Author or someone else would be so kind as to provide the musics source in a reply, that would be helpful in my experiment. I can't reason why that would not be shared. and I will purchase the tract if needed (If it's not free). So please share the info for the experiment, and I will be happy to credit (with permission) to those entitled. Thank you for your support and good luck with your Pico experiments!

    Hi, hope you don't mind me commenting on your video 9 months later. I got a bit confused about MingW as your link led me to a Error 404 page, so I followed what I thought I saw in the video which was SoundForge but that downloaded a ZIP file and now I'm not sure what to do with the said ZIP file. I am trying to install for Windows 11 64-bit, any suggestions ?

    Giving up on this video for two reasons - 1) The background music is annoying and makes hearing the speaker difficult, 2) Tutorials like this are better as a series of written steps that can be followed at the user's own pace instead of pausing and rewinding.

  • @CommanderKlag
    @CommanderKlag 8 месяцев назад +2

    Listen, dude... The subject matter is very helpful, however that stoopid background music is highly subjective for all people. If I wanted I could make a video with subject matter that was so desirable that people would suffer through the onslaught of noise simply because they have no option. I (or anyone) could embed it with subliminal suggestions that are even harmful with normal background music that would force you to delete the link simply because it's so irritating you can't focus on the subject matter. But, I would never do that to people. The fact is that music is subjective, many people simply endure it. Others may love it. But you should not force your opinions on others while baiting a video with good/needed information and make them endure pain in order to get what they want from the video. I'm sure the ignorant will reply with useless replies of how I am the only person in the world that feels this way. Many would simply just look somewhere else for the information. I suggest a balanced approach, if you are going to use music in the background, make sure it is soothing and not jagged. But, I'm also a Linux user, I can use the information as it is highly portable, the background music damages the quality of the presentation for a number of people.
