A bank statement is required by the university, not for the VISA interview. So, if you receive your acceptance from the university within the next 2-3 months, you can use this bank statement. The university uses your bank statement to issue the I-20. Once you receive your I-20, you won't need the bank statement anymore

Should the location on ds 160 form confirmation be same as the interview consulate location for f1 visa? My one is different. In Ds-160, location is Kathmandu Consulate, Nepal and biometrics and interview is in Kolkata Consulate, India
In India, you have the option to download the appointment confirmation page. If you can't find that, simply print the front page of the portal where the appointment date and time are mentioned. This will serve as your appointment confirmation.
when i booked the date for November it did only show one booking , there were no separate booking for biometric and interview. later in the pdf i found different date booked for biometric and interview. Is there any misconception from my side? please do help me with information. I will really appreciate it. Thank you.
In India, the biometric date and the interview dates are different. You need to appear for the biometrics first, and then for the counselor appointment on a different day.
You don't have to change location, even if you have completed your cgi portal with location Delhi but you can book the VISA slot at any location in India and appear for the interview. There won't be a problem.

Can we apply for USA without giving SAT.I have shortlisted some unis where without SAT also scholarships are provided.Actually Iam willing to study medicine so I have to give CEE, in between I can't prepare for SAT as the date is near. So my question is,will it affect my application? Does it make me look naive as everyone I have seen applying for USA is giving SAT😢😢

You have to fill a new DS 160 form when scheduling the interview from other country.

You can do everything from India, but you must use an Indian bank/card/UPI/credit card to pay the VISA fee.
