  • Extreme Storm Chaser Aaron Jayjack documented a historic blizzard that impacted the Denver metro and surrounding areas on 3-13-2019. The blizzard brought most of the city to a standstill as whiteout conditions made visibility low and the roads were caked with cement like snow.

Reminds me of the "lake effect" storms here in Southwest Michigan. Back in early 1960s we were snowed in for 2 week. As kids it was great because schools were closed, but it hurt many who went a week or two without pay checks. The snow drifted over the top of the house preventing using the front door--when opened the whole opening was a wall of show. It's so nice to relive old memories but now too old to reexperience them again! Nice vid!

    Good video.
I wouldn't have wanted to be out on the roads in it, but I did enjoy watching out the window from home..

People complain about the weather Sao there's white out or whatever be at they live there if you don't like where you live change it live somewhere else these videos are ridiculous if you're in Colorado you better expect to have blizzards and stuff it's very cold there my family was from there and they got out of there it's just too much is actually not cheap enough to live there so thumbs down on this one

You are right, it does take a special kind of person. I live in the mtns at 9,000ft, and wouldn't change or give it up for anything. Love the views, and days like this video is just another day. We go to work, or get groceries, or what ever is needed to be done.
