I love za'atar so much it inspired me to come out with a line of spices. Za'atar was always meant to be the signature blend of the Jamie Geller Spice Collection. I spent years on this one. (About 5 to be exact). It’s one of my favorite, go-to, staple blends (something I have in common with about 90% of Israelis) yet it’s so so so so so hard to find quality even inside and especially outside of Israel.

I'd never tried Za'atar until this week. Tonight I put a tsp of Z in a cup of
cream of tomatoe soup......OMG! Sooooo good! 😉👍

Well what a coincidence! I literally just ate an avocado with home made zaatar sprinkled over it. That was the best ever. Make some zaatar folks. It's absolutely delicious. Mine has about 7 or 8 ingredients. Found it here on yt.
