Sorry, it’s called an Auto Harp I got confused because she uses a harpsichord on her other albums. I was in love with Kate Bush in the 80s and that is from whom she has taken most of her inspiration. I remember they were palyed on jjj in Australia but not many mainstream radio stations. Probably influenced a lot of ethereal singers today, I can even here tones of Billy Eilish.
