@@stasjapetrovabecause if u pull an all nighter the night RIGHT before the exam/test you won’t even have enough energy to do the test cause you didn’t sleep all night cause of the all nighter. I get what your saying though but she is taking about pulling an all nighter before not just studying normally
The best time for me to study is early in the mornings - it's always peaceful and quiet. I usually sleep by 9pm and wake up around 3-4am to study until 3-4pm for my a levels. I study even if I don't have motivation because I always wake up with determination, complete my tasks then I go to bed with satisfaction.😊
Welll it's different for everyone else for some studying early in the morning might be very focused and can remember but for some evening time and night time is when their productivity begin and can focus better and remember better.
1.Separate studying into chunks. Studying for long periods is very difficult so I break up the total time into smaller blocks of time. For example, I will study 3 hours in the morning, 3 in the afternoon, and 2 at night for a total of 8. 2. Mix difficult tasks with easier ones in between. Since some tasks are inherently more taxing than others, separate difficult ones with easier passive studying (like notetaking, flashcards, or watching educational videos). You'll get less burnt out and exhausted. 3. Take longer breaks. A lot of the time people recommend 5-10 minute breaks but on days when I study for 8 hours I will take 15 minute long breaks and sometimes even 30 minutes if I'm feeling very tired. The key thing is endurance, so don't feel bad if you need a longer break to re-energize yourself. 4. Use physical movement and screen time breaks, I try to read during my study breaks and go for a long walk between study sets. This gets my body moving instead of sitting so long, and the fresh air energizes me. Also, reading rests my eyes after staring at a screen for almost an hour. 5. Work up to 8 hours. If you are not used to sitting that much or focusing for such a long time, it is best to work up to 8 hours. Along with breaking the 8 hours into smaller chunks. start with a smaller goal, like 4 hours, and gradually build up to longer study days when your discipline and endurance is stronger.
Hey girl, I get it. I am a 16 year old nursing student, and while I have never done an all nighter, those lectures are difficult to do. Great job and keep going!
@@Rizzays Yeah, I have jumped ahead. I worked very hard to skip grades and I am now working on getting a high school equivalent. I live in the U.S. and I have had to jump through a lot of hoops to get where I am, but if you ever want to do something like what I am, if you work hard enough at it you can do it. God bless, and if you would like to know my story feel free to reach out to me again, or if you have friends wanting to do something similar, tell them my story. I am just a simple Montana girl who is doing what God told me too! Keep chasing your dreams
I don't mind doing hw past midnight, but I failed one of my pharm exams from studying until 1-2am the night before the exam. I have 1 semester left of nursing school, and I give God the glory for helping me thus far. My biggest advice is when you know that your brain can't take any more, please sleep. That might be 10pm or 3am for you, for me midnight was the limit.. I found I could then wake up early the morning of the exam and study a bit more.
Little tip here I would study over the semester like after you take a test on something, make sure to correct your mistakes and keep studying the material and adding whatever chapters you do every single time you end chapter until you get to the exam and I would study throughout the day, and then make sure to get a good nights, sleep, and self-care before you go to bed the sleep part is very important
That's an absolutely horrible idea. Don't put it off. You need sleep. My husband is in his 3rd semester of nursing school and sleep is the only thing that allows him to do well on exams (plus studying at the right times and not putting it off)
Everyone functions differently, retains knowledge differently, I’m in my final semester of nursing school and I do a quick power point read through the night before and I do just fine.

I feel like best way is the pomodoro technique it works for me cause I get distracted by social media quiet often. What u do if u don’t know is study 25-30 mins straight and take 5 min break but I take 10 mins so and during my break I jus like to get away from my phone and jus stay in my backyard and enjoy some nature then come back in and do 25 mins again. Depends on how much you need to study for if ur exams bigger maybe need about 7,8 hrs a day But I usually study for 5,6 hrs cause my exams aren’t that big like science, math etc
I have terrible time management skills. Its finals months i guess coz these are my last months at school, and you know the final exams, assignments, college stuff, its all piling up. I be pulling all nighters pretty much every single day and lemme tell you right now 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!! DONT DO ITTT GET YOUR SLEEPPPPP. coz i be drained by like 5 am and then be so sleepy that my brain wont function during the actual exam. Its terribleeeeeeee
Ik she procrastinated but shaming her on this arent right i mean we as humans have ofc procrastinated once in our life right?and ya i agree she should not procrastinate that much cuz procrastination is ur greatest enemy👿
Best tip to full an all nighter for study : take a 2 hours nap in between 3:00 pm - 6:00 pm I can't explain how it work but if you try this So you really don't fell tired and one day I study till 6:00 am 😊 it is real
she procrastinated but put in the work with the little time she had!!! its this or 100% failing so cant shame her and cant assume either that she does this for every exam ever so yeh. procrastination is something hard to get over its a really bad habit and takes time to build up the discipline to completely overcome it
