That's Rooftime; it's a map the J2 folks found years ago and have recreated a dozen times or so. It's in regular rotation on the server.

I JUST ADORE Jenny! Everytime she speaks, it's like a thousand cute kitties try to beat you in a fight and you don't want to hurt them so you let them push you on the ground and you chuckle when they run over you because they are so cute and soft and.... OOH THEY'RE SO CUTE!!!
This one was really fun to watch. perfect set of characters.
