Forgot to mention 2 important things:
1) bot won’t give hunter any presence
2) pallets, thrown down by a bot, can be broken on 20% slower

to be fair, ashes of the memory event where alice was supposed to be introduced was initially planned to be released on december 2022, but end up postponed till April 2023 due to some major bug

This is genuinely so amazing! I was really confused! I was trying to use the rescue camera as if it was magician’s wand… I’m so dumb… 😭
I love the concept, similar to clerk but with a survivors abilities. I think she is relatively balanced as there is a limit to her abilities and there are definitely ways to counter it, however the only thing I'd change is that the hunter should still get presence for hitting the bot (similarly to mechanics doll or gardeners shield).

since it can carry tide does that mean it has its own separate usage of tide??? (i.e. the illusion rescues from a chair with tide, does that mean you don't have tide anymore when you rescue with main body or is it separate?)

i think they changed it so that you have to set the camera in a certain radius of the chair, i think thats why whenever i play alice theres a blue circle around the chair

identity characters are not just free if you have the other counterpart. alice however, is being given to us for free.

Honestly its even worse now. She has 10 seconds cooldown which is almost nonexistent, it means she can use 3 cameras in one chase, its honestly better than a perfumer. If she had infinite ability, but for example 70 seconds cooldown it would be way better

I think it's limited. It looks like you get 3 cameras for pallet drops and 1 for rescue and you can switch between them (each type seems to have it's own separate cameras)
At 3:17 you can see the camera go down after the illusion disappear.
