This was a father son build and Pauls son gave her the name Betsy. Figured it would be a cool video to make with him envisioning it from the start and his son playing with the exact replica Hot Wheels Car at the end. Let me know what you guys think of the video! This video touched my feelings, totally apreciate it, i owned a red 1977 ST, full black leather. I still miss those rearview mirrors, they were very usefull when i was fast driving that car.
I had one 1977 Celica ST, the model for Japanesse and Europe market, 2 litre engine with 2 twin cam carburators. It was a car i will always remember, still miss that ferrari red paint and those 2 massive shiny inox bumber in the front and rear.
My father once said to me, once you owned this car, it is the greatest gift oldschool machine you have, never sell it to anyone, nobody! Unless it's die by itself.
I have a 89 Celica & a 98 Celica, but this one in video was my favourite Celica. They arent cheap here in Australia (the 76 Celica), sort of collectors items now. Love them. Except from 2000 and up, a bit ugly and angular. Yours is beautiful, sounds great too. 😃
There's one in my area. Same bumpers, spoilers, fender flares, decent condition interior, needs a paint job (flat white paint), 22r with a weber downdraft carb like yours. Is it worth $7K usd?
Well with RUclips, most of the artist now put restrictions on where it can be played and they also put ads on it. Since I don't care about making money off of my videos here on RUclips, I use other artists songs all the time. I look at it as I'm really just supporting them with introducing people to a song that they may not know which would then lead them to the description and finding out what song I used. Then going to their channel (hypothetically speaking) and listening to more of their music generating more ad revenue for them :D This is why I love RUclips, if you use copyrighted songs the artist will still collect the revenue.
Amazing video man. Love the transitions and effects! Keep up the great work! Also building a 1974 Toyota celica Gt. Hope mines looks this good one day soon. Check it out on my page if you have time.

One of my favorite Celica videos. Actually much like the first version of this car, will be doing something similar I think.
Supposed to be buying one of these on Sunday, I'm 16, have no licence, won't get insured, don't have space to keep it. Nice

What’s this song? 👌🏽
You just couldn't cut out the cheesy flub step for a minute to hear some wide open throttle, could ya.
Loved the video! Makes me want to go ahead and keep mine. What color is the paint that you used for the car? Looks like a Nardo Grey!
Thanks for the input!! Keep your Celica;), the color is Machinery Grey.
Think you talked me into it!
Nice Toyota...
Beautifull but did you paint it with a brush ? The shine is really weird tho
No just primer. Planning to do a new shoot with the car this year since everything is done on it now.

Yeah overall they are going for like 5 to 7k in today's market I believe. More if they have a really nice paint job.

How do you not get copyrighted for songs?
