It’s amazing how much food you Koreans eat. I don’t understand how your stomach isn’t severely stretched and that it is not painful as much as you all eat. On top of it you don’t gain weight.!

Wow, I love the potato and egg salad. We make ours like that minus the egg and mustard, carrots, corn, cucumbers. Ours is so basic. So I wanna try something new and see how my family likes it! I love your food vlogs a lot, it relaxes me and also gives me ideas on what to cook or try to cook next.

Yummy, I love potato and egg salad, I've never seen it made with carrot and cucumber, though! Interesting. We make it with potatoes, cut in cubes and cooked till soft, not mashing them. Then add chopped boiled eggs, onion, bell pepper, pickle relish, a little mayo and mustard, mix up and taste. I like mine with extra mustard though lol. I'll have to try it with cucumbers and carrots now!!
This is unusual where are you from? I'm in the UK and never heard of potato salad with peppers

Carrot top greens are so good, I've never heard of them being toxic, I grew up in a farm and we never wasted any part of the harvest. Broccoli leaves, radish leaves, pumpkin leaves, pea leaves. Many of the green leafy parts of the plants are edible and tasty, as well as extremely nutritious. Micro and baby greens from seedlings and baby plants are really flavorful and tasty too. If you're unsure what to do with them, just throw them in a mixed greens salad, or add them to soup or pasta. Any way is good, honestly. ✨

as far as I know carrot tops are non toxic and they make for an awesome pesto or a quick green sauce (extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice and carrot tops in place of parsley) that goes amazing with fish!
Yes - thank you for addressing this! I was saving my carrot scrapings and greens to give to my horse when another owner told me she uses them to make delicious pesto, puts them in soups, and the young leaves can be eaten raw in salads or mixed with rice. She was right and now I make those recipes as well as still sharing with my horse, of course. The greens, as well as carrots you grow yourself, tend to be quite ultra carrot-y in flavor, so you might want to taste test before adding them to an old recipe, just fyi.
You can do the same with red globe radish leaves, but I didn’t care for them as much.
@@pinkmonkeybird2644 I like radish leaves tossed in a frittata. But since I don’t grow them myself it’s always hard to find them fresh enough at the market, they’re usually all bruised and crashed

Only one child and I love tofu in my house, so I’m always left with half a package that I don’t get around to using before it goes bad. Same with bean sprouts, since they are so perishable. I can sometimes find split packages of firm or extra firm tofu so that you can use half while the other says sealed, but I’ve never found that kind of packaging for soft tofu. I hate wasting food, but sometimes I just forget about it and it gets pushed to the remote corners of my fridge.

Normally, you have to eat gimbap as soon as you make it, but if you make a lot, keep it in the refrigerator. the next day, dip it in egg mixture and fry it, it's very delicious
