This was done with multiple different soft cuts which are basically cuts so that the audience doesnt have so much of a change that it breaks the immersion , but 3 hard cuts. 1st hard cut was before they arrive to the door so that miguel is waiting at the door, 2nd was right after the wink so that miguel is waiting for them at the bottom floor , 3rd was just as they are leaving so that everyone could get into place up at the top.

I've always been the kind of person who appreciates accomplishing something with less than more. If you have a cheaper setup and you're able to do something great, that to me looks infinite times better than having an extravagant and expensive setup and accomplishing the same thing.
