Thank you for sharing your story,Juhi. Arthritis is a debilitating disease and very misunderstood. People assume that it’s an old person’s disease and don’t understand the impact it has on everyday life. The fact that you aren’t letting it control you is a testament to your strength and resilience. It is important to adapt to the circumstances that the disease presents and you have done well in changing your motorcycle to suit your condition to enable you to keep doing what you love. All the best with all that you do.
The true essence of the riding community, it really doesn't matter what it is, as long as you like and ride it and it brings that smile, very enjoyable watch, made realise how lucky I am. Well done Juhi!!
What an inspirational video! Thank you so much for sharing your story! I am a lifelong biker turning 60 this year, my sympathy on your arthritis! People don't realise how debilitating it is, and it must be awful to suffer with it so young 😞 Ride free and enjoy! 🏍️👍😎
Absolutely love your rider stories. They all seem inspirational and this young lady was no exception. I recognised the GN engine straight away having had one pass through my hands. Unfortunately the GN was sold as a soft custom in Germany so we never gelled. They are very sort after for their high milage capabilities. I think Ji's bike looks absolutely peach as a standard. So much respect for someone who picks a bike to match their size and not their ego. I'm in the same boat at 67 having downsized. 2x RE 350s and a Grom. Brilliant video, keep them coming please.
Thanks mate, glad you liked the Juhi’s story. We have a few more coming up before the end of the year, in fact, just about to head out a film another one today. Thanks for watching and by the way, how good are the RE 350s. I have a Meteor that is my daily. Underpowered? Probably, but Im always grinning when I ride it.
@@BikerTorque happy with my 350s. The Meteor needs a couple of mods to make it perfect. There is a gear selector upgrade available (non RE) which replaces the selector pivot with a precision item and a ball end selector shaft. The difference is amazing. There's an Exeter UK Tuber that gave me the idea to swap the rear shocks out for Hunter shocks. Totally cures the back jarring. He's done a good video comparing shock movement. Both have given the Meteor the 5th star for me. Hunter is nice and so different considering the have the same DNA. Tim
Riding with chronic pain must be a daily challenge. It’s inspiring that she has the perseverance to ride. I’d agree with her that it’s a great way to de-stress too.
Great video, l have leukaemia and prostate cancer and l ride a Triumph Bonneville 900cc. I have good days and bad dsys but the motorcycle helps my mental health. I love having motorcycle, it's Freedom, it's Cool, it a major interest and a way of life.
I’m older than dirt and I know what riding with pain is like. When I’m on my bike I feel young and agile again. I am so happy to see more and more women riding motorcycles these days.
I commend you on your choice of a bike that fits you. The TU is a sweet little bike. If I had more room in garage I would definitely have one. And it is always good to see more women riding. You are a great ambassador for our passion.
Love the attitude! My daughter is keen to ride, we've got her a bike now, just need to get her riding. I used to ride when I was younger. I was always in massive pain and could barely walk, uni nickname ... "The Cripple!" Used to take a fair effort to get to the bike and swing a leg over, but Oh Boy was that my happy place.
What a wonderful and classy lady. I love riding and I love when anyone else loves riding. I have had big bikes and little bikes and one thing I know…Bikes are like dogs, there is no such thing as a bad bike just bad owners and like dogs I love all of them. (And that TU250 looks fantastic!)
I am so very proud of you. I also ride with arthritis. I have had many operations and use Taltz, prednisone, and have hand injections before my longer trips. I have taken my Honda Gl 1500 Valkyrie to 45 of the 50 states and to 3 corners of the United States. On Monday October 7th I start for my last corner. I will travel from Tybee Island Georgia to San Diego California and back to north Georgia. I know about riding in pain. I also know it can be done. Keep on keeping on. I enjoyed your story and I wish great success in all your endeavors.
I have Axial Spondyloarthritis and Fibromyalgia so I totally understand but with riding a comfortable machine wearing comfortable gear helps and because I'm so focused on what I'm doing the pain goes to the back of my mind. I don't ride often but mentally it helps a lot.
Whatever the problem, there is nothing a ride won't put in perspective 🙂 as a fellow chronic pain rider I know the "price" of a good ride, but even if I can't get out of bed for a few days after, it was worth it (most times) 🙂 As I am 6'1 and need a higher bike I chose the Honda Nx 250 as it is only 133kg fully fueled (also had a Triumph Speed 400, but a bit to small for me with Fibromyalgia pains and being squeezed so tight from foot to hip)
What a terrific ambassador for motorcycling she is. Thank you for this episode
Thank you ❤
Agree with that and thank you for watching, glad you enjoyed it.
Refreshing to see someone who loves a 250cc.
That is so true, it’s not all about big bikes and high power.

Bravo to this young woman. Riding is the one thing that takes me beyond my body's limitations, and I'm going to stay on two wheels as long as I can.
Thanks for watching, keep riding and stay safe.
What a fabulous interview!
Cheers, so happy we could share Juhi’s story.

Thank you ❤
Thanks Matty, yes, really enjoyed spending time with Juhi filming this one.
By far one of the most wholesome and inspiring films I’ve seen in a while. That Suzuki model always puts a smile on my face.
❤
Thanks for that, glad to hear you enjoyed the video. The Suzuki TU certainly is a grin inducing motorcycle.

Oh man that's tough but I am so glad the two wheels give you happiness. No matter how I hurt, when I have the helmet on, I am in another world! ❤
Sorry to hear about your illnesses but love that you are still riding. Get out and enjoy that Bonny my friend.

Riding is a great way to stay young, or at least young at heart.

Aah man that's hard. I totally get it
There were shops who wouldn't paint an extremely simple bike black, and order some stickers?? Geez, wouldn't be rating them highly...
Will and Santina from Revelry are wonderful people, great shop.
I also love the ocean. Riding by the ocean is therapy.
❤
Any riding is therapy Chewie.
Great story good luck for your future plans
