Christoph Waltz discusses Tulip Fever

Two-time Oscar winner Christoph Waltz visits TODAY to talk about his new movie “Tulip Fever,” in which he plays a wealthy merchant in 17th-century Amsterdam. He explains that the film is set at a time when there was intense financial speculation in tulip bulbs in the Netherlands: “Speculation is always insane,” he says.
