He's more perceptive than people give him credit. If you bring him to the Temple of Sacred ashes along with Leliana, he has an interesting special conversation with her, about the true nature of the mountain and the lyrium. He tells her he can feel the pure lyrium in the mountain, and that she shouldn't trust that the power of the sacred ashes are in fact, holy. He points out that the strange things happening there might be in fact due to the lyrium, and not some holy power. As evidenced in late games, he was right.
I was amazed, it was an incredible oghren theory and it makes perfect sense! Shale is ashamed to admit that he killed accidentally his master... despite the abuse, his master should be the only person close to him
I never heard that banter before, it's just sooooo good. Oghren and Shale are two of my most favorite characters in the franchise (All like all the Origin characters so much, even DLC ones like Nathaniel, Arianne and Finn), I think Oghren is more of what people give him credit for.
Shale never brought the narrative to a screeching halt by declaring to be non binary and throwing a fit when confusing the hell out of everyone. Shale, Zevran, Blanka, and damn near every character in Origins is better written, developed, and used than Veilguard's disaster of a cast(save Davrin and Emmerich but only just).
It’s interactions like these that show Ohgren is a sharper mind than many give him credit for.
Oghren is best dwarf for me.

@@16Vagabond He also lays bare his feelings about what happened with Branks to the Guardian. Really took me off guard the first time I heard it
@@frankfrankfrankfrankfrank Yeah I think people write him off becsue he's a drunk and comic relief but he clearly has demons going on
"I want it to be a surprise when it happens."
Shale, I love you so much :"D
Shale is great and really like Oghren both so funny, I often picked them as companions
I miss her so much
6:40 That was oddly profound, especially for Oghren.

@@amauryribeiro1860 Shale is female.
@@xer_7438 oh yeah I forgot about that
In all the times I’ve played this game, I have never once heard Shale stutter… well done Ogrhen.

"Hot!"
Who knew I would start to look forwards to Mondays? Love the dynamic of these two. Shale is so expressive in her own way
2:30 Did Oghren just...Did he just HIT ON HER??? 🤣🤣🤣
I really love these vids! The settings to fit the interactions too!
Thank you, I'm glad you like them 😊
Wow, he even flirted with shale
I love these so goddamn much. Thank you so much for adding these animations. They're so good 😍
I love Oghren xD
Am I the only one who finds the thumbnail to be quite a Jojo reference ?
Heh, I do. Stand proud, right?
Wow....Ohgren's quiet perceptive ain't her? Defiantly not someone I want to try and lie to!😂😅
maybe when he really drunk
@Siberian thank you! #Death_to_Spellchecker
Works when you don't want it to and doesn't when you do!🤣
2:01
Hmm... We all know what Oghren was looking at.
Dem stone buns 😁
4:33 Wait what? Did I misunderstand something, or other golems also can speak and just lack personality?
My guess is that it might have something to do with the Control Rods. That and almost every Golem we see tries to kill us. Not much time for chit chat
What mod is this
People really dead ass be like "Dragon age went woke!!!" Meanwhile we had Shale in 2009.
Nobody denies DA had representation, they just did it 100 times better than Failguard. Also don’t insult Shale like that.
@zacharybartolo5111 how is any of what I said an insult to Shale???

It's different and you know it
By saying what you said, you're either lying to yourself or outright intellectually challenged.
