I’m actually happy we get The Ring TwO (2005) theatrical version in 4K, instead of the unrated. I find some edit choices in the unrated cut odd and unpolished. (Like the first kill scene & restroom scene) However, I heard there was an alternate cut of Rings (2017) that was way different (and better) than the actual release….wish that was available somewhere….
the only big let down with this release is that they removed the easter egg p[resent in the original DVD and blu ray release, where there was an off screen option to watch the cursed tape in full, and upon returning to the main menu, after a few seconds a phone ringing sound would play. glad that I still have my original press blu ray, as thats easily one of the best bonus features on any physical release I've ever seen
Bro no reason to be embarrassed...I found the same Easter egg and the crazy part I swear to God man after my friends and I watched it our phone actually rang!!!!!! Scared the hell out of all of us!!!
Ring 2 and 3 aren't near as good as the ring 2002 but I got box set cause I didn't own 2 and 3 before nice set and did enjoy rings a little bit too like you

No reason to be embarrassed at all, I got creeped by the video as well. And I like how older DVD they hide easter egg in the menu.

I don't think ring 2 had a bluray the stickers I got pins think it might be for them being late
