Not sure if there is more, but I’d sure like to hear more about “clean” training. How does a mid-pack age grouper without access to VO2max and Lactate testing do clean training?

I’ve got the shoe tech down now I just need to work on 5 x 2Km in the a.m. followed by 10 x 1Km in the p.m. 🤣😱🥵
