I just bought a house in port Pirie , has tenants at the moment , I will be moving up there in a year , in Adelaide at the moment ! I spend my days investing on stockmarkets / crypto … I bought the house with CASH . I’m a highly skilled Automotive technician I do that as well . However I have moved more to investing than the trades .
@@CaravaningaroundAustralia Ahhh yes ofc my bad, So at the end of senate road closest to the smelters slag heaps, theres a whole part of town that has been abandoned, mostly due to lead & then the rest slowly moved with once their street started to look abandoned. these days theres still a bunch of houses but only 1 or 2 residents in the whole area, its only about 10 or so streets, all once filled with lowset mining homes, google maps hasn't photograpphed the area since 2015 but its pretty grim.
